I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Cat. My sessions are truly enjoyable and incredibly relaxing, creating a wonderful sense of self-care. Cat's clear explanations of each procedure and their benefits add to the overall positive experience. The facility is well-maintained and contributes to the overall ambiance. I would like to offer a suggestion, not a complaint, that when using maps, it directs you to an empty building in Worthington. To avoid any inconvenience, I recommend using the address on Bethel Rd. Please be aware of this while planning your visit.

Poor Website and Communication. I cannot and will not book a consultation without knowing what I am booking. Their website has no info on what laser lipo is. I found them on Groupon. Every Med spa has an info section. I contacted them just to ask what this procedure was. I live further away. Their response was to book a consultation and I can ask what this procedure was at that time. Terrible and inconvenient. N. B It seems via Google (unsure if that is what this place does) that this laser lipo is just a cavitation device.

Beware! Bought the Groupon and they are trying to charge me an additional $145 ON TOP OF THE GROUPON which I already bought. Sketchy business practices. Don't get scammed. Update: business has replied that I have received a refund. I have not. Also said I refused to pay the $25 consultation fee, I did not. The scam is charging for a service calling it a "deal" and then charging on top of it to nearly double the price after you're locked into the sale. I have no interest in free services, just receiving services for their advertised pricing.

Cat is amazing! I went to see her after I was unable to lose any weight after a year of workout and eating right. I told her my frustration to lose weight and she came up with a plan. She explains everything she's doing and makes you feel very comfortable with the process. I have lost a noticable amount of inches. I'm so happy with my results! You can tell she cares about the work she is doing and the people she is working on.

Cat is wonderful. Explains everything she is doing and why. It really works, ive noticed a difference in my waist and have already gone down a pant size!
