Awful service. Couldn't even remove gel polish gently, refused to use soak method. Wouldn't even consider a gentler method just told me to leave in the middle of service.

I had a good experience here. They did such a good job on my nail repair. This is becoming my go to place. Great customer service.

Go Elsewhere! There are plenty of fair priced nail salons doing much better work, who are not rude and who won’t make up pricing for “added things”
My daughter had her first set from them, told them what she wanted and asked the price before they started. The price was $15.00 higher at the time payment was expected 40 minutes later. Way to overcharge a young person to have your product last less 24 hours before chipping/breaking- then to be told it couldn’t be fixed until the tech who did it was in? What!? ! Way to back your product. When they graciously agreed to fix their product we were at first told we would be charged. However they didn’t charge her.
*2nd appt… nails were again magically misquoted, when she asked the person about it they referenced she complained last time about something- she did a broken nail and was overcharged -Let’s see you charge for a nail trim, charge for a shape (pretty much any shape) oh and you charge for short/long… Teach your daughters to find a more reputable nail salon and someone who appreciates taking care of their customers, not lying to them.

I went on Thursday and spent 60 dollars just for them to start falling off on Sunday and all I was doing was folding towels and when I called them and they said they would fix it at no charge and when I went in they told me they would have to charge me. I would recommend going somewhere else to get your nails done. Do not waste your time or money with this salon

Terrible place! This is the second time going back to have this nail fixed due to the gel peeling off. Same thing happened over the thanksgiving holiday (photos attached) to all of my nails. That’s what happens when the gel is put on too thick and a rush slop job is done. Told the girl at the front desk it needed more acrylic put on and she argued with me saying it did not, still argued after I told her I would pay for the acrylic to be added then she got mad and ignored me. Never again will I go back here. I’m a professional and work hard for my money and the expectation is, is that I get what I’m paying for. Not giving customers what they expect and the product that is promoted is stealing. Gel polish is supposed to stay on until your next appointment.

I got my balance yesterday, went great as always. I had Long as my tech & wow. I asked for French tips and a snow flake on my ring finger and he went all out- he’s an artist to put us simply

Because they go to school does not mean they can do nail.the service sucks. …charge me a lot of money to get a balance. I would not recommend my dog come here to get her nail done

The last time I went was horrible.
I paid 150 dollars for a mani/pedi and I wanted regular polish but the tech said that for the certain design it'd be gel. I don't like gel because either they use cheap polish that does not last or it's because of my nails either way, not only did I pay for gel, and design the polish just came off and it's not even a week old. Complete waste of money not happy about it at all. I've had good experiences in the past but this one was not good at all just frustrated about the entire situation. Almost immediately after the nails were done I could see they were bubbling up ready to peel

Lovely Nails is exactly what the name implies. They do exceptional job. The staff is great and welcome you with fresh faces. They do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. It is a nice kept and clean salon. I would highly recommend!

Never go here! I’m 8 months pregnant and was balling because how rude they were to me literally the worst experience I ever had at a nail place! As I was walking out the manager said something rude under her breathe and the lady doing my nails was rude from the moment I sat down. Didn’t do anything I asked she did what SHE wanted then tried to put gel on me and make me pay extra without telling me. Then when I asked her please just do regular polish she said well there gonna be bad without gel and she started painting my nails like a little kid would on PURPOSE because I said I wanted regular polish! Extremely unprofessional and like I said worse experience I have ever had!

The girl who did my nails put my new set on crooked. They were also supposed to be coffin…. $80! She also drilled my thumbnail so much that she hurt me. Twice!

Under new owners/management. Noticed it's not as busy. It's gone downhill. Feel bad for Employees because they are great. The owners don't even say hello and treat you terrible. I pay the tech and the owner acts as though you are trying to steal her kid's dinner. Would never recommend this place. Plenty of other places to go.

I have been coming to this nail salon every 2 to 3 weeks since 2018 with no issues. I get a balance most times some times a new set and a pedicure a few times a year.
Sometimes I bring 1 or both of my daughters. I have suggested it to friends. I have easily spent thousands at this establishment. I have never had any issues or reason to complain. I always leave a 20 to 30 percent tip.
There is typically a wait due to me being a walk in. My schedule doesn't really allow for me to make and keep an appointment. So that's expected.
I am sitting in my car after just leaving and honestly I'm really confused as to why I was just treated the way I was.
I walked in and signed in at noon. The woman at the desk asked what I needed I told her a balance. She said ok have a seat.
The waiting area was full so I figured it would be a while. I was sitting scrolling on my phone for about 20 minutes. So far just a normal visit.
A young male with a shaved head asked if I was waiting for a balance I said yes and he told me to go to 4 (his station) and asked if I had picked out my color. I told him I knew what I wanted and said the name of the color, and was explaining that I also wanted matte black on 2 of my fingers when he started to talk over me. Saying that I needed to give him the number, in a very annoyed tone. I thought no big deal that probably is annoying. We were standing right next to where all the colors are hanging so I reached over and grabbed the the color guide and said the number. It happened to be basically right on top so it took maybe 15 seconds. He snatched it out of my hands and looked at it asked me if I was sure that's what I wanted and then directed me to sit. He then went and got the bottle and when he came back with just the one I said I don't know if you heard me or not but I want matte black as well. He asked what fingers and I told him. He then asked me to clarify literally twice more. I just wanted my thumb and pointer finger black and the rest red.
Then he takes my hand and tells me to watch TV. I said I like to watch and he yelled at me again to watch TV. I told him that he was being really aggressive and I no longer wanted the service. He felt he needed to say "I don't want to do you either" but that was obvious from the moment he spoke to me.

Such a disappointment, when I was just looking to relax. I will never be back.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The owners are absolutely horrible people. They are so disgustingly rude and degrading to people, I honestly couldn't believe they owned the place. It's such a shame too because the nail techs themselves are extremely nice.

I have been going here on and off for several years. The last 4 times I have gone to get my nails done with the dip powder, with in 2 days the powder has chipped. I have gone back to have them fix it, because it has only been within 2 days that it has chiped. They have fixed it-however I shouldn't be going back a day or two every time I get my nails done. The polish/powder doesn't go all the way ro the edge of the nail also causing the nail to "pull" away from the polish. I'm not sure why it's been so bad lately, but I'm definitely done going there time to find a new place.

Very friendly they do a wonderful job! I like that you can walk in and not have a long wait time during the week. Highly recommend.

Been there many times with so so pedicure, just went for convenience, the last couple time I got a $50 pedi it took a half an hour, the girl didn’t do a base coat. The paint job wasn’t good. Spoke to manager and she offered to fix one toe that got messed up, won’t be back
