Night shift black guy kiye (something like that) is racist making comments and trying to get aggressive along with his colleague and giving threat moreover he refuse to give me def bcoz I asked the def price twice.drivers be safe worst loves ever never have had bad experience like this before

The female, 2nd shift manager that's African American is extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to provide her name. Which is extremely unprofessional. But, she is running customers off with her attitude. I know that I won't be returning or recommending this location to anyone I know. She's abusing her authority. Something needs to be done. She should not be in a manager position. She could use more training on how to properly speak to customers.

Was a former employee here at loves about a month ago now. I was wrongfully terminated because I made a big deal about my safety, I was bullied out my position by getting told I didn’t do my job as an employee but yet I have many customers that can still till this day Bragg on my service an how much of a help I am when it comes to trying to meet the customers needs an etc. Daniel as the GM at this loacation has been nothing but bad news and bad luck. Daniel will turn away people that will actually work an get the job done just to hire people that does drugs an knows about it, and heavy drugs at that. About a month ago I an the 3rd shift had customers come in and pull guns on us three times in one week, Daniel again as GM showed no concern and instead said nothing, but that it had happend to him before sometime ago but at a different location. Now understand this, this isn’t the only time it’s happend or the only time his 3rd shift spoke up about it. This is just the most recent incident that has a police report and by someway or somehow he said he had no footage of customers pulling a gun on us or that it ever happend. Now how is that when it happend inside the store and and three times in one week? He’s the only GM I know that takes vacations and days off as well as no call no shows but threatens his 3rd shift when we call off due to fear of our safety or actual deaths. October 1st I lost my dad and on that day I still came in cause I could not afford to lose my job or money for my bills. Daniel gave me the ok as well in front of other employees, that I could have two days off for my dad just passing the only thing was that I wouldn’t be paid for those days, my dad had just passed so I was okay with that. I got back after those two days just to find out that I had been wrote up for having those days off. I was told that my case through HR was expedited an that I would receive a call about this situation within two weeks but it has now been over two weeks and not a call or email has been used to contact me back about this situation. My next step will be lawyers and news agencies as well. Let’s not forget I got text messages with the GM on these situations as well as me not being the only employee that was wrongfully terminated during this time. As a former employee that was wrongfully terminated I honestly can say that working for Loves with Daniel as GM, makes the whole loves advertisement about hiring nothing but a lie because my experience here was nothing less than stressful and a nightmare. I simply lost my job due to a GM named Daniel not wanting to do his.

Nice friendly staff.all kinds of neat stuff there. Food drinks good coffee. Showers are available too if needed.

Rude security and night cashier, tried to buy a brat that was marked still cooking, security said no, since when can you not cook a brat or hotdogs in microwave. Night cashier was rude as well. Security acted like he set store policy and was in charge of what could or couldn't be sold.

Some associates are very unprofessional. Check your personal issues at the door. And the security looks like he's one step away from hospice

One of top 10 trashiest loves around. Employees are listelss, grounds are always full of trash, restaurant is never open. I could go on.but why.

Felt like security was guarding the coffee and candy. Management needs to get a job. A truck stop that doesn't sell stamps. I truly like pilots coffee - but not here (terrible) I'm a local that buys diesel regularly but I won't rush back here. It was my second visit and probably my last.

They people working there from the security officer to the smallest employee are so rude and unfriendly and unwelcoming. I don't recommend.anyone to be there. The place is suck.
I went inside trying to get some hotdogs sandwiches the lady was so rude she kept saying you can't grab them cuz it is not grilled yet. I told her I am so hungry and I can eat them that way. She begun yelling and she called that unprofessional security officer and he started intimidating me and he followed me to my truck asking me to leave the place.
Please save yourselves a big headache. Just avoid been in this truck stop

Called for a welfare check on a driver we couldn't reach and was told by the tire shop that they didn't have time to help and to call the front desk, the front desk just said "no". For all we know we have a driver dead or missing and the staff can't be bothered to go knock on a door.

Zero stars if I could. If you're an expediter, this location doesn't want your business and will kick you off the lot in the middle of the night in a very unfriendly way. I'm not some van life idiot or living in my car, clearly labeled as a commercial vehicle, DOT numbers and all yet the 'security' tells me I'm not. The way he goes about it, one day he is going to roust the wrong guy and likely get beat up.

Staff was very friendly and nice. No RV dumping station. I repeat no RV dumping station. Do not stop it is hard to navigate!

Security woke us up 7 hrs into our 10 hour, 3 hours before our drop and told us we had to leave. My husband is now driving dog tired, 22 unpaid miles out the way to find some place to park. Top flight security!

This love's has a slow in the head security guard who likes to harass the people sleeping in the designated parking spots for sleeping. Saying that it has sign for one hour parking (in front of 4 parking spaces on other side of the parking lot like every Love's has)

You have lost a customer for life because of this toxic simpleton, and I will tell everyone I know to boycott Love's. I like to sleep where I can refuel in the morning and get breakfast. I won't do that at Love's anymore because of this toxic security guard that needs to be set straight, I will make sure that another company gets my $100/day

Do not stay overnight here. The security guard will violently pound on your door at 5AM and demand that you leave NOW! I got there at 11pm that night, filled up with diesel, and went to sleep for my 10 hour break that I didn't get to finish. Every employee was unfriendly, the store was dirty, showers and bathrooms were in deplorable condition, and there was no hot food out. But the security guard was absolutely the worst. I'm surprised he's even still alive at this point, because eventually he's going to mess with the wrong person thats just trying to get a good night's sleep.
