They don’t respond lately. Same problem I’ve read in other reviews. They don’t respond in a timely manner. Forget the App, 1-2 business days turns into a 10 day wait at this point. They don’t answer their phone, and even tried on text and messenger. Got nothing more than an automated response. Up to this point it’s been good but now the customer service is non existent.

0 stars if I could. I’ve called 15 times the past 2 weeks and can’t get a single call back.it’s frustrating. Taking my business elsewhere and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Wasted weeks and accomplished nothing. Referred to OSU for additional testing. Can’t get in until mid April so I called in (no answer) so I drove in to find another solution. They have been looking for a solution for a week now after I was promised a phone call over a week ago. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They don’t care about you.

Issue after issue. They will take your money and give you the run around. Oh and good luck ever getting a hold of them, or your product.

For a medical practice that really isn't dictated by insurance reimbursement this place is poorly run. I was directed by their messaging application twice to come in for labs and even after calling to confirm I was told upon arrival that labs were not needed. It was rare for me to actually get someone on phone. I left several voicemails that were never returned. Very bad experience and I'm easy to please.

Let me start by saying I almost never leave bad reviews but I've had the worst experience of any medical office in my life. As a medical professional myself I'm appalled.

Paid for labs, came back for the follow up with another lab draw. After they took my blood again I was told their program was changing that day and I'd need to come back for a 3rd draw. I literally watched them throw the blood they just drew from me in the trash. Did the 3rd draw and paid again. Was told I'd need a telehealth appointment before sending my script. I set the appointment and was told I'd get a text with the link. Never got it. Tried to call and was sent to voicemail. Tried multiple times that day with no response.

Over the last week I've called at least a dozen times and left several voicemails on no fewer than 3 lines. No response. I can't even get someone to answer to request my medical records under HIPAA to take elsewhere.

So 4 weeks and $200+ wasted because I have to start from scratch with a different company. Don't waste time with a company that clearly doesn't value their patients. It will cost you hundreds of dollars and hours of wasted time. I'll be filing grievences with every applicable governing body possible.

They were good, emphasizing the word WERE. When they raised the prices, the quality and service dropped. The app is pretty much trash at this point, no one answers service questions. Also, people stopped answering the phone to the brick and mortar building. The employees radiate a feeling of contempt for you when you have to come in as well. Last two times I’ve went in I’ve heard complaining about how bad things have gotten. Choose some place else or waste your time and money at the Low T center.

The clinic is fine, you just have to recognize that it’s a business, not a medical provider. The app, which you have to use to coordinate appointments, treatment, everything, is an un-usable wasteland. There are constant appointment errors, broken necessary features and screwups. It doesn’t coordinate properly with the Texas pharmacy who ship the meds, so missed/late shipments are common. The clinic is close to home for me but if you’re a ways away I’d suggest a different company, as office visits become common when meds are not properly shipped and app errors happen.

0 Stars if I could. Had my consultation time changed without any notice and was told I showed up at wrong time even though I had email confirmation I was there at correct time. Rescheduled for another day and my appointment time was changed again with no notice given to me and was told I could not be seen twice in a row. Very unorganized and will not recommend to anyone. Awful service.

It was straight forward and easy to make my initial appointment. Everyone is and has been super friendly. They have a great all around atmosphere not at all what I was expecting.
