Very friendly people just bought a house little under a year ago going to be coming back alot customer service was excellent everyone was so helpful

I will not buy another thing from Lowe’s if I can avoid it. We bought a washer dryer set and it was a nightmare getting it delivered. They offered us money off then never gave it to us. Called them and they had no record of it. Also said the washer and dryer were in “return status” when it’s been in our laundry room for near a month. We didn’t ask for a discount but why offer? After talking to our friends and family they all had similar experiences. Even the contracted deliver drivers who delivered the washer and dryer said customers complain a lot. Lost 2 days of work over it when we specifically stated it must be delivered in the afternoon or evening. If you are praying for patience by all means shop Lowe’s. Otherwise save yourself the hassle and go to menards.

Disappointed with the last few visits. Prices on items I was looking for were more expensive then Menards.
Also selection was poor in lighting fixtures and bulbs, also sink faucets.

Always have good experiences. I have recently bought two vanities and cabinets for kitchen and I was pleased with the quality and the help I received.

If you get tired of your cat ignoring you go to lowes and try to get help. The employees will even avoid making eye contact

Mediocre to utterly poor floor service. Higher prices and less selection than Menards. That's why I shop mostly at Menards now, except for large appliances which we will ONLY buy at the local Good Housekeeping store.

It has Carpet, Refrigerators, Stoves, Washers, Dryers, Plants, electronics, plumbing, lightning for inside & outdoors cabinets they have everything

Lowe's in Lancaster Ohio is a typical Lowe's, the difference is their attitude. They are very friendly and helpful, the employee who assisted my wife and I; went out her way to help us (got us a cart to carry what we wanted, two young fellas to load it on the cart.) Then proceeded to have it loaded in our car.

Has everything you could need but assistance is sometimes difficult to find. Expect to spend some time looking for someone if you need help.

Went to look at doors. Chris was extremely helpful and made sure we understood everything. Will be buying from there.

Long wait to simply buy a toilet. Then the cashier copped an attitude with us for bo good reason.
