Lowe's Home Improvement, Kent OH

Went for a specific soil they didn't have, but love Lowe's as a whole. I've maxed out my credit card twice here in the last 6 months.

Typical visit where you wonder around looking for items, shangha a sales person for assistance, wait in a long line then leave from a different door from where you entered. Yep, more wondering as you look for your car.

I placed an online order for store pick up for a push mower that was in stock. The confirmation email stated there is a high volume of pick ups and it could take up to 3 days for the item to be ready. I waited 9 hours and the email came that it was ready. When I picked it up is wasn't even assembled. What exactly took 9 hours? The pick up system is not useful and a waste of time. It's better to just go to the store and skip ordering online.

My opinion has gotten better since I must have had a rather irate employee treating my father in-law very poorly due to him being Puerto Rican. Time has passed and I've purchased a few things from there with generally no problems. What I needed today I was able to find and the employees were helpful. Other than that, it's a Lowes

Best Lowe's in the area so far. Didnt have size plastic sheeting i needed unless i bought a big bulk of it

They need to update their in sock system. Website always says things are in stock but the store is actually out of stock. This has happened four times to me in the last week, all different items.

Have had nothing but problems dealing with appliance Dept. No window of delivery just sometime during the day is their response. Everything else is what you would expect from a Lowe's store.

Love Lowe's! I am always working on some kind of project. They have a well stocked inventory and a knowledgeable staff.

Limited selection and not enough employees. Hard to get help loading heavy items, especially in the garden center.

Very nice, clean store, we only go to Lowe's for home repairs, plants, plants, more plants, lots of ideas on display too!

So I needed to BUILD A WALL for A job. The situation was an Emergency as sewage and filth seaped into the good water system and it had corrupted almost the whole system. Luckily there was MAGA great service.qQuick workers and helpful friendly people all around. With the great help of many great people I was able to BUILD THAT WALL and fix the leaky SWAMP water problem. Thanks Lowe's Home Improvement

Every time I'm in for a pre-order pick-up, I have to wait 30 minutes or more for the order to be ready, and be thrown back and forth between desks.

Just bought a freezer. Coming sooner than expected, which is fantastic. Had what I wanted. Can't get any better than that.

Pathetic customer service. 3 phone calls and put on hold 7 times and the only person that would pick up the phone was the customer service lady.that kept transfering the call. Ridiculous.

You would think on an early spring weekend that they would have more employees on the floor. Paint section was a fiasco: lost my paint, gave me the wrong color. Had to seek out help in other areas.

As a contractor, I do most of my purchasing at Lowe's. Always conveniently located whichever direction I'm going. Otherwise what you would expect from a big box store.

Besides a few small things (but important) that were/are out of stock it was business as usual. I don't know what is going on with this particular location, or if it's on the soon to close list, but over the course of 2 week's the out of stock items remained that way.

I've had some customer service issues at this location. Sometimes there are some things lacking stock because this store is a bit smaller. It's still the closest location but if I am doing more than a minor common DIY project, I head to a larger store in streetsboro.

An organized home hardware store that caters to home owners and contractors alike. Prices are reasonable and everything is relatively easy to find. Plenty of selection too. Store associates aren't quite as helpful as the tried and true Home Depots around the area, but since Lowe's offers a 10% veteran discount while Home Depot doesn't, I continue to take my business here.

Love this Lowe's. I go in so much everyone knows me and runs when I come in about projects hahaha! Just kidding. Everyone is great and always willing to brain storm with me get the best possible outcome for the task at hand
