Kind of disappointed they had a wide variety of roofing repair cement but none of the reinforcing mesh for any of them.

In shopping for a new entry door Melinda in millwork tracked down answers to all our questions sending several follow up emails. Exceeding expectations-

Found it easy plenty of help, Great staff. I always have trouble not spending all my money there lol. Great stuff

If you hit them up during sales its great.and one of the only places in our area that offer ask about other discounts etc.so great!

Love the store and being a Veteran I appreciate the military discount. Employees are very helpful and polite.

Bought a Hot Water Heater 8 months ago at Lowe's and they can't give you Warranty parts for it they said I would have to call the Manufacturer, then why would Lowe's ask you if you want the Warranty if they don't want to give you the parts

Went in late on a Sunday right before closing (I work in customer service and I know how frustrating it is when people do this) I spoke with an associate that was absolutely amazing, he took time to listen to my issue, walk through the entire store to try and find the best thing to help me. I will never shop for home improvements anywhere else because of how helpful he was, even knowing it was time for him to leave.

I have waited over two weeks to get a call back from Lowe's regarding a backsplash installation of my kitchen I guess I'll be going to somewhere else

More like Slowe's. We were ignored for the vast majority of the time. Ultimately we had to leave without purchasing a new washer and dryer.

Customer service is pitiful anymore, pushed the button for assistance, waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. Went to Menards and got immediate service.

I WAS SHOCKED I HAVEN'T BEEN IN THAT STORE FOR AWHILE I AM REMODELING A HOUSE AND LOOKED AT SEVERAL THINGS NEVER ONCE DID ANY ONE SPEAK. I WENT BACK TO WINDOWS TO FIND SCENIX PORCH WINDOWS, I NEED SEVERAL LARGE ONES FOR A SUNROOM I WENT TO THE PROJECT CENTER AND HAD MY PHONE OUT TO SHOW THEM THE WINDOWS ON LINE THAT I WANTED. 2 EMPLOYEES WAS AT THE CENTER AND ANOTHER WALKED UP AND SAID I THINK I'M GOING TO LUNCH ONE OFF THE OTHERS SAID ME TOO. WITH MY PHONE ON THE COUNTER THEY BOTH WALKED AWAY AND THE OTHER ONE ALSO LEFT. I OWNED THE SUPERMARKET IN RICHWOOD FOR 31 YEARS, I NOW HOW IMPORTANT SERVICE IS. JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW. We can no longer buy the material that we need on a daily basis. Very disappointing that we now have to go to Menards to buy 5/8 drywall.

I really like this store and the rating would be 5 stars, but on Sundays they seem to lack sufficient help in areas requiring a degree of expertise. The help they have on Sundays is nice and friendly, but generally not as knowledgeable product wise as might be expected.

Not enough cashiers. Don't like having to stand in line because you only have 1 line open and it is backed up.

Was there to pickup floor covering for my Mother-in-Law. Sales associate gave us quick, courteous service.

I couldn't find someone to help me. But customer service desk help me find the items I was looking to purchase. I was happy.

Some times hard to find assistance but today was not one of them. Had good knowledgeable help today and I didn't have to ask.

Very helpful and beyond nice! I took my neighbor out today. He's a veteran and had a very hard time remembering his phone# and stuff. They were very nice about everything and looked him up another way just so they could make he got his discount (rightfully). Best experience at Lowe's I've ever witness

Has virtually everything one could need at a fair price. Be advised, they do close early on Sundays.

I had a salesperson greet me walk me through the store walk me to what I wanted and he was very helpful that's a first for Lowe's
