Absolutely terrible. We ordered a fridge to be delivered. First one damaged. Second damaged and the third attempt they forgot to put on the truck! I would NEVER order a appliance from them. Trust me. Don’t.

Just like all the others. Only reason for the 3 star review is i tried to buy a few items at the end of a isle in a clearance section and didnt ring up right. Then was going to be a huge hassle to get the right prices apparently so i didnt buy the stuff even though i needed it and was a good deal. Oh well.

Just tried to contain yourself you just want to fulfill all your imaginations that's pouring out all at once.

90% of the time Lowe’s has what I am looking for. Most importantly the employees that I have spoken with are Great. The people make the difference.

Many advertised items not available. I had been informed by the lawn and garden staff that they would not be able to fill my order as Lowes had a overwhelming response to their sales ad. Lowes had sold out of many sales items with no plans to reorder per the cashier

0 stars if I could give it. Worst store I've ever shopped at. I will never go to a Lowe's store again.

Wow how things have changed. With the threat of Menards looming in the not to distant future, Loews employees are now attentive, courteous and helpful almost to a fault. Was asked twice from the front door to the plumbing aisle if I needed help. Store is always clean and well stocked.

Quick shopping. If you look on the website for what you need, the aisle and bay code for the item is very accurate and will eliminate the need for searching. If you cant find something, the staff is friendly and helpful. Finding an associate when its busy can be difficult sometimes. Traffic around Ridgepark gets very congested during the afternoon on weekends, so be weary.

Came here to get a dryer. I knew the exact one I wanted. The greater was super nice, that's the only good part about the time there. Went to the area no one around to help me buy the machine. I walked around saw a lady at a desk ask her I'd there was anyone who can help with the purchase of a dryer, she didnt even look up and took a good 30 seconds before she even said anything to me. When she did say something it was ugh I'll be right there, then she begins to approach me and said what can I help u with, (not friendly) I told I just want to buy this dryer, this is gas she states I need and eletric one I told her do you have those, she obviously frustrated that she has to work and states we only carry gas.
Ok, can u order me an eletric or is that not an option, she goes to her computer and said the rocky river has them. At this point I'm already looking into home depot she said u want the number, writes it on a paper hands it to me and walks away, walks away! No is there anything else no I'm sorry nothing!

Sold out of sale item before sale was even over. Order enough of supply for demand. Waste of my time. Mona

I found the products I needed in the store. The employees I spoke with were kind however lacked the knowledge to help me with a specific part. Clean store.

They always seem to have when I'm looking for they have a great selection of paint you have a great selection of Home Improvement products.

Nice guys I think they should get a raise Bill Cummings. He should hold a seminar to other employees and managers how to conduct yourself with a customer thank you great experience

Lower than expected prices. Crews in almost every department very helpful and if they didn't know, they knew who to ask. 2nd time in Lowes I will return for future purchases!

I love going to Lowe's I hate going to the orange store nobody knows what's going on and you can't find no help you go to Lowes there there they help you out must have had 10 people ask me can i get changing you need anything help condition that walk me to wear the things were love going to Lowe's and by my photos you can see I'm on stage 1 of bathroom renovation

Friendly staff, clean and we'll organized. Use the app, it makes it so easy to find anything. Also had some great coupons from movers USPS mailer.

Went to Home Depot for a certain item, they didn't have it so I went to Lowe's and got everything I needed.

Called them to see if they had an item I wanted they said yes went there they tried to order it on line for me and did not carry in store.bad management.liers

Absolute garbage of a business. Payed for a microwave took them 2 weeks to contact us about installing it. Once we finally made an appointment the guy arrived and said he didn’t have the right equipment to install because the employee who rang us out was too busy talking to her friends instead of helping us set up our purchase correctly with what we needed. Then tried to charge us for the extra equipment when they realized they forgot! Finally a month later they install a USED microwave in my kitchen with the previous owners food stains still in it but hey they gave us $40 off so that covers the hours and hours of time I spent on the phone trying to get this corrected right? And the multiple trips I took up to the store? GARBAGE. NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES AND NEVER PAY THE NEW PRICE BECAUSE THEY’LL GIVE YOU A USED ONE ANYWAY.
