Lowe's Home Improvement, Toledo OH

My husband and I went to lowes lastnight to look/ purchase a grill. We were looking for at least an hour. Not one sales person approached us, to ask us if we had any questions or needed help. Sorry, Lowe's. You lost a $1000 sale. We went to home depot.

Taken care of my Craftsman warranted screwdriver with a free replacement by a very nice associate.

Lowe's is a great place right up to the time they make an error. Than it all goes down hill trying to get it corrected. I'm still waiting on a kitchen cabinet to complete my kitchen that was ordered or should I say not ordered in January. They took my money but never ordered my cabinet. Ok mistakes happen. I get it. It will be in March 26th because on March 23 it was staged on a dock 25 miles away and ready to ship. Nope again. So I'm guessing it was never ordered the second time. My newest date is April 26th and I'm not feeling very hopeful. I have even offered to go get it. Nope again! I just want my cabinet that I paid for. Customer service sucks when there is a problem.

Lowe's has what I need, at a good price. I also like that the company shows respect to our county's veterans.

Will always choose Lowe’s over Home Depot. Better (available) customer service and larger selection.

Store has a good line of products from various manufactires. Was impressed with volume of name brand cleaning supplies available.

It's funny how Lowe's can sell millions of gallons of paint, yet they do not offer any recycling for old paint or the paint you have left over from your LOWES purchase. Even worse is the fact that if you call their stores, they have no idea where you can take it to be recycled. How irresponsible.

Use to be able to ask someone where things where now the only response you get is well they moved things or updated the system. Everyone acts like it's their first day on the job no matter what store i visit. And 75 percent of the time the item is not in the online said location.

Good prices, usually have what I need. But hate going during the week or first thing in the morning; they seem to only have 1 cashier then. The lines are usually 10-15 people deep before they're calling for backup.

The woman, wonderfully warm and slightly older with gray hair helped me with fresh Christmas tree. I had great experience and would love to see her in the outdoor area again.

Excellent store with great staff you can't ask for better Managers to run this store. Jeff assistant store manager, Chad and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing!

I find everything I need for any project at Lowes, even the tools I need for my trade, it's hard to get out of there without buying more than I went for.

Couldn't find what I was looking for but an employee took me right to it. He was pleasant and helpful. Nice young lady at check out too

This place has really gone down hill lately. There are plenty of staff, but there bit really doing anything. Stock is pretty bad, there is very little selection. You should shop another box store, or at least another Lowe's

Good selection of home improvement products. They offer in store pick up. Also the website will tell you the row and bin where the item is in case you want to see it before you buy it

Don’t order large or expensive items online and get them delivered! Horrible experience, damaged appliances, only offered a 10% discount, nightmare trying to even get that!

Great place to get items needed for home. Staff was able to point me to the isle I needed. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I needed but it was a business trip so I made what they had available work. Will certainly return.

Generally have a good experience at Lowes. Nice selection of interior elements vs their competition.
