Lowe's Home Improvement, Greenville OH

Stood in there for 15 mins chaising employees that kept on walking away from me and 5 employees walked right by me and had no interest in helping me figure out something with a generator. What poor customer service when I was a big buyer from you guys when I first moved into my home now it feels like I'm just a pain in ya all's side any more.

Good place to get tools and things for the house. Not to mention appliances and gardening items.

Love the clearance items displayed at the end of the isles and the young high school boy who was not afraid to get his hands dirty and help my boyfriend get all the lumber we needed to build 2 decks. It was alot of work gathering materials but he hung in there with us and never complained

I really like lowes its definitely my favorite home improvement store, I just wish you could shop the local store online

Staff, while being pleasant enough, is undermanned and quite honestly not very helpful. They need people in each department with a background and knowledge of that field

I get mad every time I go in here, the staff is woefully unprepared to answer basic questions, so you're always on you own. These big stores destroyed the local small hardware stores and with it the institutional knowledge within these organizations. Now it's some lackey who's counting the minutes until break or quitting time and any questions are viewed as an inconvenience.

Everyone was so helpful they delivered everything. For my floors. But i need someone to move my heavy stuff for me most is glass and tv. And their not allowed to move anything with glass and tv. So i guess ill have to hurt my back by moving them myself. Joyce Wetzel.

The guy back in the flower department was so helpful and helped me decide what kind of rocks to put around my firepit and then helped me load them A+

Had a refrigerator delivered today, delivery guys were very nice and professional, had the refrigerator installed and set up in no time

Nobody working in the paint shop can't get any service why is there not a Home Depot in town where they have people working why is Lowe's not hiring anybody why can't they put anybody to work why do they have a store when there's nobody there

This is really a great store. They have a lot of very helpful and knowledgable people that are always willing to help find what I need. In this case I needed pex and fittings to use for thawing out a roof drain for a local restaurant.
