I really liked the cashier. She was friendly and upbeat. The down side was that there was only one cashier for the whole store and nobody was working on the floor! The place was packed with customers. It was everyone for him/herself. I'm thinking the Christmas season has begun. Get more help. Luckily, I found what I needed, but I doubt if I will be going back anytime soon.

Went to the Lowe's in Stow Ohio and they had no Christmas trees that I was wanting they checked told me there was a couple in Macedonia I went up there and picked it up it was probably the best thing that I ever bought I've always been hesitant about Lowe's but have to go in there I have had a change of heart

Lowes is ok. This particular one is well-stocked and the service though hands-off is helpful and friendly when approached. I bought some decorative wood for a project and some minwax stain. They had most normal cuts on the wood (red oak) and all the stains listed had multiple cans ready for purchase. Any fault they had was with corporate buyers not the local.

Friendly employees, clean environment, alright prices. BUT, the organization's of the products make NO SENCE. VERY difficult to find what you are looking for not PRO friendly!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service manager. She wouldn't accept an online return even though Lowes corporate sent me there. I would have understood, but she didn't know the reason and blaimed my wife. This person single handedly makes me not to want to ever shop at Lowes.

Shout out and kudos to Erika in the appliance department in the Stow Lowe’s! My husband and I stopped in this last weekend to look at dishwashers. We weren’t ready to buy but Erika made sure to take some time with us and answer a few questions we had. She was incredibly helpful and offered great advice and info as to things we would want to be aware of (certain brands are higher than other brands, so be sure to measure twice!). She also took the time to look up two different models we were interested in to see if they were in stock or when they could be ordered. We greatly valued her input and felt we were better informed for having spoken with her. Thanks, Erika!

Can almost always find what you're looking for but some of their employees can not direct you to the simplest things so you're better off searching for yourself when you're in a hurry than asking lol

I just went for a plywood on this evening’s, and my experience was really good. The concerned person on that department is really cooperative and cut for me the size, what I need I don’t know his name even asked to cashier about his name but she don’t know, but like this person asset for Lowe’s, again thanx for him.

Went with Lowe's for countertops. I currently work in a hospital and have very limited time to deal with logistics so I wanted Lowes to handle it for me. Bad idea. After paying in full on May 11th I was contacted for a June 28th install date. A week before install, I am notified I owe $1000 extra for plumbing and 3 extra square feet of material. On my receipt I already paid for plumbing. Lowe's explains they will circle back the next day. Day before install June 27th, Rock Solid Surfaces the installation company calls to cancel.
2 weeks go by with no installation date. I call and finally get July 20th as new date. Two guys showed up around 4pm walked in removed the countertops, ripping and damaging the cabinet. Then the installers explained to my wife that our cabinets are not level, we need to have them leveled and left. They did not suggest a company or how to go about leveling just said it needed done.
I drive to Lowes and talk to the service rep and he escalates to install team and I ask to speak to install team manager, Troy Collins. Troy explains he is sorry and that he will notify a contractor to level and notify me within 48 hours. 48 hours go by and no call so I call back. Troy is heading out the door so I get Russ. Russ explains this is my problem and Lowe's does not need to do anything to rectify the situation. Russ/Troy why was this not explained when I called first?
4 days go by and I call Rock Solid to see if they know anyone that does leveling. I am told they (Rock Solid Surfaces) do leveling. How was this was not the first words out of the installers mouth and every other person after that I called, I do not know. Another week, and the cabinets are leveled. Another week for install. Install date comes and back splash cannot be done because they did not remeasure after leveling and the back splash needed adjusted. Ok at least I have countertops and a sink.
Of course though, I go to the back of the line and scheduled a week later which at this point I expected nothing less. Rock Solid Surfaces shows up the cuts for the back splash are still wrong and cannot install! Back of the line again for the next week! Finally install was complete 8/24. Not worth it! Go to ANY other companies.

I've had negative experiences with their customer service and order fulfillment. I was shorted a few items and gave up on ever getting my money back due to never ending runaround with store customer service. Go elsewhere.

It's Lowe's. Same shape, same layout, same stuff as every Lowe's. Store was clean, staff friendly and attentive when you did pass by someone. Almost always has what you need.

Great selection of plants n they all were so healthy, something i didnt expect from a big box store! The stuff we didnt need and returned was in n out in less than 5min.

Ordered a fridge from lowes in March and was told would be a two week delivery date. The day before I called and they told me it would now not be until June. I've called twice since then and it's been pushed back two more times now until the end of August. My current fridge has a leak in it and I've been waiting over 3 months now. If they accept your money you would think you would be given priority for a shipment. But lowes seems content to take your money and not deliver merchandise. I will be requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Lowe's always has everything I need, and a knowledgeable and helpful staff to help me find things. Frankly, I don't like shopping at orange place.
Also I appreciate that Lowe's donated millions of dollars to small, local businesses during the pandemic to help keep them afloat that is just good politics.

Employees never greet or ask if you need help. I know for certain they were trained to. I’ve worked retail in my younger years.
