I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! I GOT A BRANDNEW LAWNMOWER THAT QUIT WORKING AFTER JUST 2 WEEKS. THEN BOUGHT A FRIDGE AND IT QUIT WORKING. I HAVE NO FOOD BECAUSE IT JUST GOES BAD IN THE NONWORKING FRIDGE WHILE I WAIT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO POINT IN GOING AND BUYING FOOD BECAUSE I HAVE NO FRIDGE TO KEEP IT COLD! I HAVE A CHILD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ORDER PARTS AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO COME FIX IT AND WAITED WEEKS AND THE APPOINTMENT CAME AND NEVER GOT A CALL THAT THEY WERENT GOING TO COME BECAUSE APPARENTLY THE PARTS ARE ON BACKORDER. I UNDERSTAND THINGS ARE SHORT BUT NOT CALLING TO LET US KNOW IS UNEXEPTABLE! NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO HAVE A FRIDGE TO STORE OUR FOOD!

Store was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, and we were able to quickly find what we needsd

The staff is friendly and always willing to stop what they are doing to assist me when I need it.

This Lowe’s has an employee named Rich, that has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. One of the highest levels of customer service I’ve ever seen, and deserves recognition for his efforts.

Rich is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and doesn’t run away from helping load things up like other employees have done.

I rarely post reviews, but Rich truly deserves to be rewarded for the level of customer care he gives to us every time we go in. And, I’m sure he does the same for other customers as well.

This organization is very lucky to have someone like him, and I look forward to dealing with him in the future if he’s working when I come in!

We REALLY like Lowe's! The employees are willing to help and knowledgeable! Plus there is specific parking for veterans. Good job people!

Needed a piece of wire from the bulk wire rack. Some large dude from lowes stared at me till I told him I needed help, then he briefly looked at the rack and really no help at all, barely even talked, could have had better service from a non employee.

We paid to have a fence installed in May. Lowes delivered all of the fencing materials July 10th. They still have not had the fence installed, and it is the end of August. I can't get anyone to call me back and we can't use our driveway, because the lumber is in it. I'm tempted to contact the Attorney General and get a refund.

Had a key made here. The worker suggested he make me one instead of buying one off the shelf. Way cheaper. Also they had their halloween stuff up and my daughters loved it

I love having a home improvement store and have shopped Lowe's for years even with the supply problems we have now Only thing I would like to see is more staff to help customers

The rep back where I was looking into some DIY A/C charging at home. Sd no can do but talked me into their service, I need my A/C. He took down all necessary information, that was Tuesday, it is now well into Saturday Evening and still not even a phone call. My new neighbor gave me name & #. I have a service man scheduled 10 am monday.

Aaron in the plumbing dept helped me find all the plumbing parts I needed for adding a water shut off valve for tank with a garden hose fitting.

We sat outside for 10 mins and we had to go in ask for help never came so we called in to tell them we needed help finally they came out

No customer care. Not one word by an employee while we were looking for compression plumbing fittings. Went through self check out and out the door without a word from the employee watching the self check out area. Found the part that was needed so I guess that was a positive. There were not very many people inside shopping at the time of the evening we were there but there were at least three employees that went past us that had an opportunity to at least say hello. We do not go there very much and this visit just reinforces why.

I was looking for toilet parts and staff couldn't show me so the told me what aisle it was in. Which isn't what I wanted. I wanted someone to show me not tell me. Instead I had customer come help me because I had no clue what I was looking for.so I showed the customer and he helped me faster than an employee did.

Called and asked if I could return something without a receipt and was told I would get gift card if I had my ID but after wasting time & money to go into town I learned i was given false information

We were looking at materials to refinish a hardwood floor. The only person working in paint was very patient and helpful. She even remembered who was next and found them to assist them next. I'm sorry I don't remember her name to give her credit.
