Lots of assistance from store employees when I purchased 1000 pounds of asphalt driveway repair. Thank you!

My experience at this Lowe's location today was a nerve rattling scared crapless event. Due to the fact that Lowe's is about the only one that seems to carry minwax products anymore I was here to stain, wood putty and wood filler. As I was looking for the putty I needed the entire rack of wood stain beside me collapsed only moments after I walked past it. I was only 8" from the rack as it fell. So if you are coming to this Lowe's for a wood stain on October 23rd 2021 or the next few days afterwards don't bother they don't have any it's all on the floor. And then on top of all that as I'm checking out with a few products I was able to get the cashier didn't even have the common courtesy to back my purchase as she gives me her change she turns away and starts playing with her cash drawer I ended up having to bag my own stuff so I can leave other than those two things this Lowe's is actually a very good store nice clean and efficient and on any other day would get at least a four-star rating from me

Do not buy any big ticket items from Lowes. It is a disaster. Spoke to head office in N. Carolina someone promise to get back to me in 24 hours and no one did. Called again, same response. I return the products back and will not encourage any one to purchase big ticket items. The items I purchase were kitchen cabinets, and kitchen sink. Never again.

Inventory system is consistently wrong. Items showing as in stock are often nowhere to be found. Just wasted an hour with two employees looking for one of three in-stock generators with no luck. Nice enough fellows but what they have to work with must be maddening.

Service desk was very helpful eventhough they couldn't help me. Had to call the main service department.

One of the manager his name is Andrew worst person ever in the world. They made so much mess, I ordered LG washer and Dryer with the pedestals in store, i opened credit card, I only got one item, and they just keep sending me bill. I went 4 times the store asked to help me where is my order, they all just keep saying it is not in their system it is not showing, it is weird? That is have receipt of my order and my payment. Since June i still didn’t get my items. I talked with many of them everytime i visited to ask hell, Andrew was one of the worst, I was explaining to him, he just ignored me looked on his computer and talked with other coworkers, I told him
“Are you listening me “ he just ignored me. He didn’t say anything.

I’ve reached the age where going to lowes excites me. The ppl who work here are always friendly. It’s easy to find help

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are well stocked on everything which is a big plus right now.

Unorganized. Furnace filters are not where they should be. Not enough furnace filter sizes and varieties. Branded tools should be more organized. Can't find utility blade or utility knives. Could not find Brad nailers. The place needs overhauled bad.

Not that good anymore. Prices on craftsman tools and way to high. Use to have kobalt single sockets not anymore. Sad place.

I love ASM Andrew. He is the best and has helped me multiple times at that location. Do not listen to the response below. She was probably denied something and was mad. Policy is always followed. God bless Lowes and it hardworking associates.

Wouldn't let me pay for a washer and pick it up tomorrow. It was 930pm and they close at 10 so I was going to have someone come tomorrow with a truck to get it. I was informed that if I buy it now, I have to take it home now. I've never heard of that, especially if I've paid for it already!

Went to buy plexiglass and was told the only guy who could cut it was in a meeting. Lowes lost my business today bc you don't know how to train more than 1 person for a job!? Bad management!

Worst customer service I ever seen at a Lowe’s! Employee was very rude and had her air pods in and kept asking for our phone number to give us our discount. Manager was a jerk after I complain that we waited 20 minutes and STILL nobody in appliance even after being paged. Take your money go somewhere else!
