16Went to get a sheet of 4x8 plywood and needed it cut. Only 4 star because it took quite awhile to get someone to help. But once we got help he, Logan maybe, was great.
Went to get replacement bolts and brought the old ones in. No more than a minute of looking did an employee come help me and got me exactly what I was looking for. Saved me probably a half hour of looking if I didn't have any help
My contractor discovered that my new $1,500 sliding door had a defective lower track and was bent. Contacted Lowe's and their area sales manager called me after about a week of waiting and said he would forward information to his email for me to start the process to get the door exchanged. That was two months ago and I still haven't heard anything. Finally decided to have my contractor take the door apart and straighten the lower track and reassemble the door correctly. Horrible service from Lowe's. The worst part is everything in this house has come out of that store and this is the first time I have had an issue with any product I have purchased there. Absolutely no follow-up for support nor customer concern. Absolutely pathetic!
Worst customer service/delivery experience we have EVER had. We will never be purchasing from Lowe's again due to the absolute LACK of customer service and terrible delivery service we experienced after purchasing a major appliance. We were given a delivery window of 12-4 in which we were home the entire time. We called at 4: 30 after it didn't arrive and were told that we were not in their system. Finally, after talking with 3 people they told us that their driver was there and we were not home. We completely re-arranged our entire schedule to ensure we were home, had our garage doors open, and cars there. They rescheduled us for 3 days later, showed up after their alotted delivery time and multiple phone calls/hours on hold, looked at the fridge and our door and said it wouldn't fit.they didn't even try and just left it in the garage. After we personally had to move and get the fridge into our home, we noticed a dent in the top corner. The only helpful person we worked with through all of this was the Lowe's GM. As I have now been on hold for over an hour with the delivery customer service number to provide feedback, they hung up on me before I could even speak. Terrible Terrible Terrible experience. We will never be back until Lowe's changes their delivery methods. Stay FAR away!
Went with a picture from my husband for outlet insulators.found the outlet aisle, full of associates. There were 4 or 5 of them.very helpful, tried to find the things I needed but couldn't. I went and found an older gentleman, who knew EXACTLY what they were and where they were. In fact he took me right to them! At the checkout lane, one of the first young men came up to me, with what he thought was the right product.it wasn't, but I was impressed by his diligence in looking! Keep up the good work!
We just built out dream home. We ordered all new appliances last January, to time up closing on the home with the delivery of the items. After being told everything we ordered was in and scheduled installation, we found out that everything did not include our cooktop, main refrigerator, it oven. Even knowing this they still scheduled installation for the missing items!
Fast-forward to 11 months later - we just got our oven. They gave us a cooktop they found, but looks used and has all the wrong orafaces so we can't fully use it, and still no fridge. No communication with us. No solutions. So here we are 5 months in our house with a garage fridge. 4 months with only 2 burners to cook on. This has been abysmal and the lack of care or empathy is pathetic. If you are looking to buy appliances go somewhere else. You will not be a priority here.
Found the power tool that my brother needed for a good price and found screen door handle to fix the one at home that broke
Ordered carpet 6 months ago. They measured wrong and didn't realize the did not have enough carpet until day of installation so they could not complete the entire job. Was not asked which rooms were a priority so not my master bedroom has not been done. It has been 4 months since the first install and I have been given about 10 different dates when it will be in and everytime they call and push it back a couple weeks. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I love Lowe’s! Great supplies and customer service. As a construction professional both are very important to me!
I have been waiting since April 8 2021 for a rebate from a garden tractor and yet to receive it
My son needed an extended tip for a screwdriver, so I went to Lowe's. James met me there in the tool section and found exactly what I needed in less than 2 minutes. (even after I contradicted him.and he politely said, Ma'am, that's what I showed you first.) SUPER sweet man, very helpful and not at all rude even when the customer (me) was NOT right. He cares about helping, and that's not a quality you find in everyone. Thank you, James!

Went to Lowe's which is 15 miles from our home to look at refrigerators. We select 1 and its out of stock we can order and it will be 7-10 days to arrive. In the meantime salesman goes into the back stock area and returns to inform us that they have 2 available in a different color. We agreed to the different color and paid for it. We then scheduled to return tomorrow to pick it up. We get halfway home and my phone rings, it was the salesman informing us there was a problem. Seems the other saleslady sold our refrigerator to someone else!? How did that happen? It was SOLD to us! So now we have no refrigerator! Wow what a let down! Man I miss Bindels Appliance! They cared about their customers! These box stores could care less!
I was told Lowe’s does not cut lumber anymore which is today 7/27/2021. The girl told me they don’t cut 2x4 4x4 8x4 decking she said they don’t cut anymore. But the guard and safety chain was not on the saw. So that’s a safety violation. And to be lied too I’ll go elsewhere. Lowe’s all over cuts it. Maybe Findlay chooses not too. But that choice is enough for me to go elsewhere. Lowe’s hires the most unskilled associates that have titles that don’t even know what thread pitch is, traversing, I was for a Pac-Man tool for one of my generators the guy tried to show me a arcade machine. Then I explained again and he told me to go see the tool manager and that guy said it’s over there and they are only available online lol. I’ll make sure I tell everyone to go to Home Depot or menards. Not Lowe’s they are the Walmart of lumber
I like going to lowes. The clerks are kind and courteous and eager to help if you need it. I find just about everything I need there.
