Always waiting for help. There is absolutely no reason why I should wait 20 minutes after asking for help, just to have 3 workers walk right past and ignore me when I try to say something. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere!

Every time I check this website for product it will say it's in stock and when I get to the store it is no where to be found. This happens 9 out of 10 times on those rare occasions when I check.
This continues to be a frustrating situation. It is the main reason it keeps me out of Lowes. Get your act together already. Peoples time is valuable too.

Store was nice and tidy, the employees looked quite tired though! But they still answered questions we had:)

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a kitchen to be installed from them in March. They began installation on July 3. Nov 19 I still don’t have it finished. The store employees never help. The managers never help. They promised money back from all the troubles never seen that. Every time I call it’s a runaround. Every time I go into the store it’s a runaround. Do not I repeat do not have them install anything from this store. Lowe’s is the worst at what they do.

I was looking for moms and I found them and they were 75% off which I could not believe not believe so I'm very happy

If you know what you need and where it is, great. If you need any assistance or advice, go across the street. Customer service is non existent here.

Very similar to other big box hardware stores, I found what I was looking for. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service called 9 times to get help nobody answered they don't care even when it go there and ask for help they act like Im bothering them and lot of the employees don't even know anything about their department what a joke

Better than Home Depot based on politics. Lowe’s didn’t donate millions to trump’s re-election, they’ll have my business.

I just was shopping at Lowe's a little bit ago and came home I enjoyed that store quite a bit I hope they have a good rating and I will always give him a good one thank you again for being so kind

Hated it. No room in the isles for people with boards or a cart for that matter. I have a broken knee and I had stair nosing, I couldn't get through any isle. Junk, ladders displays etc left me no room to move. Nobody wants to help you find anything. But they point real well. I just left my cart of stuff and walked out. Not like I could get to a register anyway.
Never even got a did you find everything ok, or can I help you. Or even a have a good day from the lady holding up the wall doing nothing as was every person I talked to. Lowes $0 Home Depot $649. Was there about an 2 hours ago, 3ish/Sept 8th. Shoping for Vinyl snaplock lifeproof flooring, stair nosing, carpet finishing, trim, glue, molding and backsplash.

Everytime I go into this store, I ask where something is, because I have walking issues and everytime someone either takes me or tells me what aisle I need.love this store.

My favorite Lowes to go to. It's always clean and well staffed with pretty decent help. Most of them are quite knowledgeable in their departments.
