I go to Lowe's because it's in distance of where I live and not far off and I can find what I'm looking for 90% of the time

Practically empty today but Ohio State was playing Michigan during my visit.staff was helpful but I wasn't allowed to carry the drill I was buying to the checkout by myself.had to have an employee accompany me for fear I was going to steal it.didn't much care for that store policy.this was a Columbus store.not the same policy in Lancaster.good price on the drill though.

Great experience, was able to find everything I needed plus other stuff I wasn't there to purchase but ended up getting anyway.

Clerks were very helpful. I found everything that was on my list. Check out was quick and no waiting.

I had an awesome experience here with Jolene, who went out of her way to help me find *exactly* what I needed, even after we’d parted ways after what seemed like a fruitless search. She definitely deserves a raise for her excellent service!

I normally go to home depot but I was closer to Lowe's this day and it really nobody to help when in there, if you don't know what you looking for go to home depot because someone will be there to help you.

I also found pots for large plants on sale. Though that's not what I was shopping for, I did purchase them. Potting soil the largest bags were available.

Today the appliance department; had exactly what I needed at a good price.

I have called 5 times looking to see if they had farmhouse sinks in stock. I was disconnected or lost in the transfer 5 times. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing a single thing from this store. If we cannot even handle the phone lines, I am affraid to personally see how operations run in the store.

I love lowes. They have tools, which is among my favorite things. Can't go wing with tools. Kobalt power tools ROCK, btw

The customer service has always been A+. The only reason I gave a four star rating is because sometimes what I'm shopping for can only be purchased online for pickup or delivery on another day.

I met Mr. Danny he was polite and showed me where I could get a filter for my furnace and electric plug. Thank You for Him he deserves a Raise.

I spent much less time and money getting moving supplies than anywhere else. Boxes were cheap and the associates helpful.

A worker's "Paradise" home-away-from- home. I go for one item and can find other items for my next projects. If my toolbox could talk it would say "hooray"!

Spent 20 minutes looking for a particular item. I got no assistance. I approached a young man who wasn't busy at all, standing at customer service. I told him what I was looking for. He said, if we have it, should be in aisle 28. He went back to doing nothing. He didn't offer to call to find
anyone to assist me and basically told me to go look for it. There were few people in the store and yet I could not find any assistance. After another 10 minutes I found the item after looking up its location myself online, no thanks to store personnel.
