Lowe's Home Improvement, Bellefontaine OH

Looking to buy a landscape trailer. While price shopping, Rural King has 6x12 carry-on trailer on sale for 2299.00. Checked lowes bellefontaine and exact trailer is 2999.00 so I thought I'd see if they price match. After looking, I looked at manufacture date and was made on 12-2021, tires in June 2021, and wood floor old and splitting. Not only would they not discount for age/deterioration but wouldn't price match either! Trailer probably retailed for 1999.00 2 years ago! Thought it was unreal a manager wouldn't budge on price or even price match. I was told they really only do that for similar stores not Rural King.

Had to get paint, sandpaper and brush. The employee was
there was most helpful. He answered all my questions and gave some advice.

A really fun place to look around and see if I can find something to use and can be justified to the wife when I get home.
Took the wife this time. Think she likes it as much as me. Halloween display was awesome

Having a terrible experience with Lowes kitchen installation services. We agreed to a quote for custom kitchen countertops and made a down payment. We then found out Lowes contracted with Installation Made Easy, Hartson-Kennedy Distinctive Surfaces and Distinctive Kitchens. We later received a change order that changed/raised agreed upon prices, added costs, and reduced the sale price discount. We additionally were told we couldn't receive the custom features we were supposed to get without even more costs. We disagreed with the changes. All the parties are saying it's the other, placing us in an impossible position with no resolution. We have now wasted weeks of our time and money and have not received the countertops we purchased. Lowes agreed to install 53.75 sq ft of custom countertops for an agreed upon price, then added a lot of other costs and took away what they promised. We are long-time loyal customers and have not had issues like this before. We feel these acts violate consumer sales practices laws. Just a terrible experience.

James in pro service went above and beyond to help me get my discontinued shingles. My wife and I are very pleased with his courtesy and professionalism. Thanks James.

Needed assistance in the lumber dept (railings for porch steps) Lady at check out called for assistance 3 times and no one came. Could not get to the shelves where the items were because of a big box of stuff blocking the shelves.

Forget about calling this store with questions or for information.you cannot get to a real person.calls are also regularly dropped as you wait in vain for someone to answer.

This review is for the home installation services which were brutally incompetent. Waited probably 45 minutes before we were waited on, then finally were able to order a couple of doors and installer was supposed to call us. Never received a call and when we called Lowes to find out why we were told they had no record of our order. Unbelievable

I ordered online for an in-car pickup; it went really good. Saved time when I was in a big hurry.probably saved me money too!
3-20-2023 Needed some 1" PVC supplies, they had "most" of what I needed, but be prepared to move around to different areas of the store to get what you need.

Got mini blinds. They had what we needed. Still can't find anyone to help if you need it

They never have what I need in stock they say give us your email an we will let you know when it's in yea never get one back

The worst service I have ever received at a home improvement store. Apparently my money is not good enough for their establishment and they lost a sale of over $800 maybe more because the staff was to lazy to sell me the stone I wished to purchase to add on to my driveway. I was told to go to Neer or Duffs to get the stone, as if I couldn't afford it, also the amount of trips I would have to make not even knowing what I drive and I would have to much work in it. According to him he was trying to save me time and money no he just didn't want to have to lift a finger and c ffregardless it's my choice where I purchase items and how much I spend for that matter. I will NEVER shop lowes again oh and my credit card I'm canceling that. Management needs to come in and clean house imagine how much money they are actually losing over the treatment of their customers.

I have a bad taste in my mouth for this store. Yes I am a widow and yes there's a lot I may not know.

My most recent experience wasn’t too good. I purchased a electric range on line with delivery. The poor experience was the delivery, specifically the timing. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 4-21-23. When checking the tracking on Thursday evening, it stating delivery time, 12: 00-4: 00. At 3: 50 the tracking showed there were 9 more deliveries before me. It wasn’t until 5: 00 that the tracking showed they were running late. The range was delivered at 8: 30. I can’t blame the delivery team, they had 13 deliveries for the day.
I was glad I didn’t have anything planned for the evening.

Was looking for a particular item. They didn’t have it. Which I understand being a smaller Lowe’s. Asked if they could see if other locations had it. Started looking it up, Girl wasn’t sure how to read what Store had one. Then somebody came and said nobody has it.which I know this item just started shipping two stores last week. Also know that not every store is going to get it. But it is available out there.
