14I hear from plenty of people that the customer service part of Lowe's leaves for improvement. I understand from a management point of view there is only so much one can do. If your employees do not feel valued or motivated. And that is not an easy task, customer service suffers.
Was very helpful. Trouble finding a couple things but managed and staff helped out. Was busy for labor day. Thanks to those that assisted me
Love the store. When I needed help 3 people in same area didn't know what I was talking about n told me to come back another day one someone else was working.
This place man. You ever had that one relative, an uncle most likely, that would yell your name as you were walking away, so you turn around and go back to see what he wanted, only for him to say " how far do you think you would have gotten if i didn't call you back here? " That's the equivalent of their clearance section. My phone was dead so I couldn't take a picture, but one of the clearance tags was actually marked more expensive than the original price. It lures you in with shiney, things, then drops a bomb filled with disappointment. Oh ya, there's that. Then there's the employees that call you and tell you your orders ready for pick up. You drive the 30 minutes it takes to get there just to find out that they can't even find the invoice for your order.let alone the order itself. #ImQuittingLowes

Well stocked but paid $44 for a water pump part I needed ASAP that was $22 at Home Depot.
Brought it to the TWO plumbing department employees but just got a shrug and a "Huh! Really? "
So much for their online Price Guarantee, which took me in circles then ended up saying to go back to the in-store customer service desk.
Great customer service, called when I was on my way since it was around 8 and asked if they could have a dryer ready for pickup in about 30 minutes, they had no problem doing that instead of going through the hassle of finding someone and waiting for them when I got there, I was loaded up within 20 minutes of getting there
The only option was self checkout at first until pressed. Then informed that if I wanted to walk down to lumber department they would check me out with the only cashier in the whole store. Since I don't work for Lowe's that is what I did.
Excellent customer service. Always stocked well. Love coming here for any home improvement need.
I really can't believe that a big box retailer like Lowe's can't do tap to pay! It's really disappointing!
The staff was helpful. Have just about everything a person needs. You know how it is. You go in for 1 thing and leave with stuff for more projects.
We were looking at flooring and storm doors and got a good idea of what we wanted.
Most things that we were interested in would have to be ordered, but were estimated to take only a week to arrive.
In order to make a better decision on how much we would need, we decided to wait until after we could have time to measure the space we wanted to install.
All employees were very helpful, and if they did not know the answer, they would find someone that did.
This place consistently has great home improvement, equipment tools and hardware. The staff is friendly and the store is clean
They always have a great selection and competitive prices. Could look at stuff for days! Lol
Poor customer service. You have to hunt for an associate to help you. They don't greet the customer.
