Lowe's Home Improvement, Springfield OH

We love our Lowe's store, so glad they give me credit. Many home improvement projects completed with this store. Leaving this time, we saw a Menards truck in lot, guess even they love Lowe's

Katy in cabinet design is awesome. Very knowledgeable. And gives you ideas you didn't even think of.

I walked around half of the store and couldn’t find a employee. They were all up front talking.

Typical Lowes. If you want it, they have it. Not everything is in stock but anything can be in store in three days

Manager Nikki was excellent and did an awesome job in taking care of my 89 yr old Mom with her new Craftsman mower.
She is proof that there are still people out there that truly care about the customer.

I love Lowe’s are used to work there not here but somewhere else. The people are helpful I don’t make you feel weird about not knowing exactly what you’re looking for, but did have a problem at the register. I was using an in-store gift card, trying to buy some solar lights for my garden, and the Lady told me that because my brother-in-law bottom, he was the only one could use the carts even though there were money on them kind of made me feel some kind away.

I always get the help I need. The most help I need is in electrical and Tom Veith always solves my problem and seems happy to have been of service to me. Associates are 99% pleasant and seem to want to help and more often than not with a smile. Only one time I have had someone be s little rough and that was during a return. I understand that policies need followed but but a friendly "we can't do it that way" is accepted. It's policy so this is understood by me. The head cashier/managing cashier answered in a tone I felt was not necessary since I hadn't questioned anything or made a comment. I finished my return and went to pick up more parts. I have been going to Lowe's in Springfield, Ohio since they were located on Leffels Lane. Due to the experiences I've had with Lowe's I don't think I've been in Home Depot more than a dozen times. I owned 33 rental units from 1990 until I started selling them in 2012. You know I've been to Lowe's often over the years as I tried to take care of my own handyman work. Thank you Lowe's and Lowe's employees for a great 30 plus years of great service! Tom Veith and Bob Bennett are both very knowledgeable and so very helpful. Thank you both for your considerate help in helping me solve my problems. Hope I quit doing odd jobs before either of you retire from Lowes!

Was in the store on 7/23 to purchase a zero turn mower, went to ring it up and it came up a different price then it was listed for, they would not honor the price and made me feel like I changed the price, the two names were Micah and Nikki, also would not give me the store managers contact info

This closing the aisles in the middle of the day at the busiest point for forklifts may be for safety but in doing so you literally lost an $1,800 cement order that went to home Depot instead. There's no reason to close the entire aisle.simply the flagger in front of the direction the forklift is traveling.

Logan, Jordan and Griffen were kind and helpful to me today. Great service. Give all 3 a big raise and promotion!

This place was good except there customer service guy he did not know what he was doing. He was either new in that area or he was confused I am not sure

The app helps alot. It's easy in easy out. Sometimes, it is a challenge to find help, but is that not everywhere these days?

Today ist he absolute LAST TIME I will shop at this Lowes. The customer service at this site is Awful! I moved here 12 years ago and have probably spent over 100k at this site in that time. Today I needed to get a couple of heavy duty shelving units that I have wanted for quite a while. These units are very heavy and hard to move. Two different customer service representatives would not help me. I ended up loading these (160lbs each) onto a cart by myself. Just as I was loading the second, a young lady who weighed about 100lbs showed up to help. She couldn't even budge the box. No offer to help load them onto my trailer either.

I’m really disappointed with Lowe’s. They discontinued the veterans discount on wood products. Their excuse was the contractors abused it. I understand that the discount is meant to be for personal use, their ought to be a way that they can determine who is a contractor veteran, and who’s not, and not punish the rest of us. I for one, will not be Shopping Lowe’s in the future because of this.
