Good customer service but prices are 10% higher than Home Depot and 30% higher than online

I have placed several orders with the. Totaling thousands and thousands of dollars. One of the orders was for exterior doors and drywall. I received the drywall and one door on the day it was supposed to come. However one of the doors Juanita listed that I picked it up. And the other door she ordered she put in same delivery date even tho they had none in stock. I was lied too. Now for the door they said I took with me, I’m not sure how I could have walked out the door with a huge front door considering I’m pregnant with twins and have a car! Where would I put it? I have called and spoken to managers at the Macedonia store and they assured me it would be delivered on 9/6 wells it’s 9/6/23 and still nothing was delivered at 4pm. I am now getting ready to cancel the rest of the orders I have with them and what I have gotten delivered already I’m returning and going to Home Depot. At least with them I got my orders delivered when they said I was going. I’m fed up with lowes and their delivery services! Juanita at Macedonia Lowes is not the brightest tool in there for sure. She wanted to talk the whole time instead of focusing on getting my order correct! And then while I was on the phone with a manager typing all of this, Bob said my order was not picked up yet it’s sitting in the back with 4 other orders. Except it was delivering as soon as he said that. They do not have it together there! Ridiculous! They need better reps and better managers that knows what’s going on in their store! I’m furious! I bet my order over $5k doesn’t come on time either
