I enjoyed my visit this time just as I have the past during many other visits. For whatever reason I always get help all the time when I come here! And it's greatly appreciated in every way shape or form! Great store great products great service! Keep up the great work Lowe's.

Calling on the phone to ask questions about installations was really eye opening. They interrupt and talk over while trying to ask questions then surprisingly they dont listen. I was calling about 2 screen doors being replaced and installed which took the woman in millwork several minutes to understand what I wanted because she was being impatient and rude. Hopefully something good comes out of this with the installers, if I can get answers.

I was looking for a bin to store food in for a period of time but didn't see what I was looking for.

The worst. Bought washer and dryer. Told if I bought the hook up items from them they would bring with delivery and hook up for free. Delivery guys show up. No hook ups, no note to delivery guys to hook up. Call store. Left on hold 20 minutes. Call back. Now told they can hook up Tuesday. No apology. No sorry for the problem. Nothing. Horrible. Going to the store to get the parts I paid for and hook up myself. The delivery guys were good. The store dropped the ball and couldn't even acknowledge it. Sad.

Strongsville store has the BEST selection of TILE in any store around Cleveland [for prices people actually ate willing to spend]. ALWAYS neat and clean, always great staff!

Honestly the 5 stars is only for James the store manager. I had received a delivery today for my fridge and it was horrible. My fridge was damaged during the delivery. I spoke with James and he went above and beyond to make it right.

I have always liked Lowe's. Good products. Need to look and compare prices for what one wants. I also get Military discount, every time without any hassle.

I can usually find the items I need here. Clean and usually well stocked. The only downside to shopping here (as with all retail stores in the Cleveland area) is having to pay Cuyahoga county sales tax - the highest in the state.

As usual, a very unsafe place. I was standing by a cash register and a fork lift, with a 3 foot height load of 4 x 8 sheets of plywood, came rolling through 6 INCHES from me. No warning. I'm just speechless by the unsafe forklift acts I've seen.

Help was hard to find. Looking to buy lights and many discontinued lights still on display made it difficult to ID what they had. Ended up buying on Amazon. And disappointed with Lowes.

Love Lowe's! Besides everything you need for your home. The aisles are wide and nicely arranged. Their service staff is very knowledgeable and.it's also got an exciting seasonal display. The tropical plants for the home are fresh and watered daily, and your shrubs, annuals and perennials are top notch. This trip was for new pull down blinds.yeah, no strings. We found exactly the right size and color in stock

Gotta always love Lowe's. Great service, variety and prices. Always love taking a peek at the clearance options

They didn't have quite a few of the things I was looking for, however the prices are lower than the surrounding stores on a lot of same/similar items.

They need to update their credit card software. But if Menards comes in, they should just close the doors like Sears.

Opps they didn't have my. Product i wanted to buy this time. Have to ho elsewhere. Too bad. Staff not helpfull either

Almost easy to find everything. Some signs were broken, so it was hard to find spray paint really quick.

The worker was not friendly. He act like I was asking was getting on his nerves! Poor customer service!

Lowe's is great, help is occasionally hard to find throughout the store. ProTip: download the Lowe's app on your smart phone. It'll tell you exact availability of an items plus it's exact location in the store. It's much faster and easier than wandering the isles or waiting for a store employee to help.

For a big box store not too bad. Employees were trying to help but not trained in product knowledge enough to know the right application for what they sell.

Excellent staff even though they were VERY busy. Awesome sales on grills for the 4th of July holiday
