Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
20My Go-to Home Improvement. They have some helpful staff. Much better than Home depot staff. I used to love Home Depot.
Well, finding a refrigerator during covid is almost impossible. We couldn't get ours online through Lowe's which is the only place that had it but they honored the price the next morning after the sale. Nice lady there managing the appliance department.
I am gonna tell the truth, I love this store so much, I can stay for hours, the only reason I won't is because I felt like I was being followed and watched closely and when I got to the register they had to "get a price check" for an item that was marked down extremely low, so I'm on the fence with the Elyria store
Would be nice if things like bolts and nuts were sorted from time to time. Some bins are kind of a mess. Otherwise things are clean and orderly
Very nice store! Typical Lowe's. People are always willing to help even though they don't normally approach you and ask if you need help. No big deal there. I've been going here for years and have not had a bad experience yet! Will definitely continue to shop at this location. Plus, it's directly off of route 57 which is right off of both 90 and the turnpike. Excellent location for anyone.
Use to go there alot but they are about to loose me as a customer do to they stop selling certain things i go there over and over for
Now Lowes is the store that has all your needs! From lawn and garden, to tools, to building supplies. Holiday items and more.
Sorry to bother you with my purchases. 5 people stood around while I struggled to put bags on the bottom of my plants. A young man asked me to move the outdoor rug that had brought to him for a price check. Stunned.
After finally hunting somebody down and getting help after about 20 to 25 minutes I finally found what I was looking for other than not being able to find help when you need it it's a pretty okay store
Always good to go to lose their app typically will tell you exactly where everything's at staff is very helpful manager Bethany is very helpful has the staff running Top Notch everyone is where they're supposed to be and always there to
I had a good and bad experience here. Sorry but I can't recall the name of the very nice young man that went out of his way to help us in the paint department but he was awesome. I also bought plants but most of them died. I guess it could have been me but the rest of my plants did very well.
Terrible customer service! Literally one of the worst I've seen, the workers treat people. I really should have stood up for this old couple. They did not deserve the disrespect from the worker! But we never get any help or find someone to help. When we did find someone to help they didnt want to, they said sure and just disappeared so we just did it ourselves and left. Every time we would call they were unhelpful and RUDE. I won't be surprised if this Lowes closes up.
I give the Lowe's in Amherst 5 stars. They had exactly what I needed. Went to Lowe's in Elyria first. The lady in lawn and garden was really rude
Great job Bailey and crew at Amherst Lowe's.
Has a little different variety than home depot for us. However everytime I call to have an item checked to see if its I in stock. No one is ever friendly or helpful whatsoever on the phone. Have been hung up on. One guy told me straight up on the phone he didnt want to walk outside to see if they had any miloganite. Worst customer service ever. I'll stick to home depot or tsc. They are better and actually do their jobs and check for items for customers and answer their phones.
I always enjoy going to this Lowe's. The employees are always helpful in locating what I need. If I'm unsure what I'm trying to accomplish there is usually someone with some experience with ideas and suggestions.
Only stocked half of the items advertised in there flyer, and the cashier & garden manager were less than polite.
The more and more I go into Lowe's stores the more and more I realize I like them more than Home Depot
The sales people were very professional and helpful in helping me get my wood loaded in the truck.
Eli was helpful. Cashier was friendly. Store was busy. Customer service was slow. Price on grill was good.
Incredibly understaffed and so sloooooow. Went in to buy one item. Had the item within 5 minutes, took me 20 minutes to get through checkout.
