Lowe's Home Improvement, Cincinnati OH

Impressed! I usually go to home depot which is almost across the street. But, I was glad I went to lowes. For one, it is soooo much cleaner than home depot. Two, the prices seemed better on the items I was buying. I had been told that the layer of dust on everything at home Depot was due to the wood saw area. It's just not true. Home depot is just dirty.

A well organized store to buy building, garden and landscaping supplies as well as kitchen appliances. Clients are expected to self serve but help and guidance by staff is available on demand. Service is not even within and across stores. Independent shoppers will do better to assess and review their needs through internet research and consultations with friends before going to Lowe's.

Not too crowded, nice and clean. Seemed to have plenty of assistants. They do not carry Porter Cable cordless tools anymore. Found out later that Black and Decker discontinued the whole Cordless line of Porter Cable so that's not on Lowes.

The place was clean, but most of the employees didn't have any knowledge of where their product was or looked it up.

I was able to get what I wanted eventhough the advertisement said one thing but it wasn't even being distributed in the store but I found a sufficient substitute so we'll see. Great service!

Much better than Home Depot but still disorganized and low on staff. Takes twice as much time to run in and get something simple than it does at any other lowes store

Good place for house construction materials. There is no enough staff to help you. Have branches for garden and flowers. #letsguide.

I like Lowe's better than Home Depot. It is harder to find product at Lowe's and while they've improved the staff is not really as knowledgeable at Lowe's. Pricing and assortment of product is acceptable.

Good customer service and always a great selection for anything you.might need for your house or home improvement projects.

While Lowe's usually has good stock, the service can be inconsistent at times, and on a Saturday morning you only have 1 cashier checking people out? Had to wait quite a while, which leads me to only rate this place 3 out of 5.

Bought a portable heater. Description and part number don't match what's on their website. May have to return it. Doesn't appear to be working properly.

Was shopping for fireplace inset and space heaters. Went upfront to request help. They paged but I waited 20 min and no one ever showed up.

They supply building materials, fixtures, paint, and tools, special order doors/windows, home appliances, deliveries, rentals lawn & garden

The absolute worst service.we waited for over 30 minutes in the appliances area and asked three times for someone to ring up a refrigerator for us. Not one person could help us, meanwhile, 10 associates stood at the front of the store doing literally nothing. We ultimately left and gave our $2,000 to someone else. This is not the first time service has been non-existent at this store, but after today, we are officially done with Lowe’s. Don’t waste your time and vote with your dollars.

Far better than the Home Depot down the street. Wide aisles. Available staff. Smells nicer. A far better shopping experience.

A person who was knowledgeable assisted me with purchasing a new lawnmower. He did not attempt to sell me something I did not really need nor sell me the most expensive model. He asked me questions to help determine the best model for my needs. Turned out to be the model that was on sale.

You can always count on finding what you need. Granted, it may require assistancr but their staff is pretty great too!
