Lowe's Home Improvement, Columbus OH

Since I'm greatly obsessed with houseplants, I only go to all Lowe's stores and buy them. They have such a HUGE variety of beautiful houseplants and other outdoor plants, way more than at all Home Depot stores. I quit going to all Home Depot stores now since I discovered all Lowe's stores are way better than Home Depot. I truly love and am always so happy to go to all Lowe's stores and buy so many wonderful houseplants. Now I'm such a regular customer at all Lowe's stores. ツ

The curbside help took almost an hour for them to bring me my stuff and I came the next day to retrieve my merchandise the people next to me had been there already almost an hour and they brought me my stuff before they brought their stuff. To them yeah the people next to me were. Not very happy but I understand work load is heavy maybe they need more people to work curbside but all in all I got what I paid for thank you Lowes Mr. A Avila

Looking for a particular replacement light bulb. An employee that didn't work that area worked with me to find the correct bulb. Very appreciative.

Not the best Lowes. Im a contractor/small business owner and I go the one in Hilliard even though I live 3 min from this one. Btw. Anyone need anything from a backed up floor drain to flooring and decked try us. 10% off if u mention this and remind me me.lol

The people working here were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The store is laid out well and easy to navigate for specific items. I especially enjoyed seeing their collection of lights and looking at the new smart refrigerators that seem a little excessive in technology but certainly quite amusing. The only issue we had was that we ordered for pickup online and something went wrong with the order so we ended up having to enter the store to get it.

Terrible. No one knew where anything was. 6 employees passed me trying to carry a huge piece of peg board and no one offered to get me a cart. I couldn't find any lumber carts. Completely terrible experience. Will never return. I prefer home depot 100%

I asked 3 associates where a specific item was located and all 3 told me the wrong place. I found what I needed on my own. Never used to be that way at Lowe's. Sad.

Not always easy to find the help you need and often the choices in product are limited but for a Lowes this location is just as good as any other

Store is huge. Not always easy to find a sales person, but very helpful when you do. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Very nice lawn and garden center with knowledgeable staff.

The store itself was fine and the sales associate we spoke with seemed informative, but he didn't actually show us the prospective item. Called before the visit to inquire about said item and was told that it was there, but it didn't appear that way upon arrival.

Been waiting 15 minutes to have someone wait on us in paint department.
No help in store at 7 PM Saturday. Won't be back here.

I gave 2 stars because after spending $18,000 here to remodel our home I was surprisingly shocked at the terrible snobby attitudes given by several employees just because we had a few returns on items that didnt work or were broken (not by us) and even still get that same sense of unwelcome past few times we visited. Not the way to run a business where people spend a pretty penny. Taken our business to the Georgevilles rd location and Home Depot.

I'm there once a week & love my lowes. Service can be hard to get at times but everyone is very friendly. They have everything you could need.

Lowes is always a great place to shop. I was looking for a hard to find specific item. The worker guided me right to it and explained different options. The guy was very nice and well informed of all the product in that area. I highly recommend shopping at Lowes. There checkouts are nearly no wait time.

This is a great location for good customer service. The staff was very helpful in assisting with our needs!

They have what you need in the DIY field. Good for contractors

and for non contractors. Service a bit lacking, had to look for help when needed. I go there rarely. Home depot is better in all fields. No, I don't work for either one.

Good selection, variable value based on sales. May or may not be able to track down someone to help if you need it.

They always have what I need just never where I think it is
I spent a hour buying 3 items
Most the employees are clue less they do the same as me and look it up on the app then tell you which aisle and bay to go to
Lowe's stores are great but the app/online is junk
Also be nice if the local Lowe's had more people to help load large orders of mulch

Not very pleased with lowes anymore. They've recently changed their policy on returning kobalt tape measures. Now its 90 with receipt instead of the lifetime hasslefree without a receipt. Because of this I will not shop there anymore. It's not close to my house at all, and the main reason I shopped there was the kobalt exchange policy. Welp thank you lowes for making it easy to not go back.
