Make sure you get your receipt and they need to also pay more attention to their customers that need help in the Isles I had 3 people walk past me try to get their attention and they kept walking instead of helping me

Customer service non existent. Workers don't recognize customers but hide. Customer service robot calls over the loud speaker is annoying and shows how little customer service there is. Good customer greets customer quickly and solves their needs.

Nobody at this location has a clue what they are doing. I was sent all over the store for ice melt. The store did not have what the website said. Your employees need to stop acting like customers are a bother. It's you job to help! This is the worst Lowe's in Columbus. Avoid if possible.

Its Lowes. Clean, bright, staff on floor are knowledgable and kind. Many contractors working on campus and Linden properties. Great place to get weird size keys copied. Right of 71)

Employees have no clue how to do there job. They don't know where stuff is, are negative, don't want to help and rather it be your own problem. That's not just this one, its every Lowes I've ever been too. Home Depot is a safer bet

My Lowe's is very near my home adjacent to Ohio State University. It is an easy drive both ways. This store is the first place I shop when I need home improvement items. I really appreciate the 10% retired military discount I receive. My "My Lowe's Card" is very convenient allowing me to still get the discount when I go through the self check-out. Lots of good deals on gift items right now.

Rick from electrical was awesome. I was the gopher for a home project and Rick was great helping me find the items I needed

Got my bissell vacuum cleaner here to do some heavy cleaning. They make the rental process easy and straight forward

They're always knowledgeable, courteous and with a sense of humor. My go to Lowe's for projects.

When we first bought our house I would be here probably 3 times a week. I always seemed to have another project to do in the house and Lowe's was conveniently close and they had just about everything. The people were always helpful and their customer service desk ready to take back what I mistakenly bought or what was defective. One time the paint guy didn't seal the paint bucket properly and it spilled in my car. They took responsibility and cleaned the carpet in the car of all the paint.

Would give 5 stars but now they don't give veterans their discount until you go online and register. At one time you could do it at the register when checking out.

They have what we need, staff are busy but helpful, and prices are OK. It's what you would expect from a big-box hardware store

Always stocked well for basic items I need, good pricing, but the customer service at this location is overall poor. Usually only one checkout line is open, while 4-5 other "employees" stand around doing nothing. There are better Lowe's stores in central Ohio to visit.

I give it 4 stars for house materials day in case you have anything or problems with your house or you want to renew stuff this is why I'm the place to go and get it

Went for a product, the website said they had 7 of in stock. No isle 23 anywhere in the store. Asked six different people, walked the length of the store about eight times. No product. This is about my only complaint here. You can't expect the store to have the product that the website claims they have. Wasted about forty minutes.

I'm in construction so I shop Lowe's a lot for odds and ends. Service is good if you know the store in and out quick.

Awesome service awesome people always fast check out lots of in-stock products very rarely ever find that something is not stocked on the Shelf always very satisfied with the staff who always asked if you need assistance if you're walking by or they're walking by you awesome place to go

I bought some caulking didnt know how much i would need so i bought xtra. Well i used 8 of the 12 i bought went to take back and couldnt find my receipt. So they wouldnt take them back or exchange. For. Other things i needed to buy. I have never had this happen before.i will not buy anything there again.home Depot is where i will make my future purchases
