Lowe's Home Improvement, Lima OH

Service has gone way down hill since they first opened and I haven't been there in a few years due to it. Gave them another try this week, pre-ordering a large item. Received notice it arrived and went to pick it up. They couldn't find the order, a 12' wide, 423' long roll of plastic (stabilization fabric). After 20 minutes was told they found it and were bringing it up on a cart. 30 minutes later they still didn't have it and I asked for a refund as they didn't seem to know how long it might take to roll a cart from the back of the store to the front. Wasted an hour with nothing to show for it and no confidence they actually even found the order. I'll never be back.

I wanted to purchase 2 clearance rugs, a 5 x8 and a 8 x10. The stickers were on the 5 x8, saying the costs. I needed both of them. However, when I told them I wanted the 5x 8 and 8 x 10, the sales associate said, we dont sell the display. We had already spent 2000.00 on flooring, yet they couldnt take my money for one lousy display rug? Unbelieveable? So they will just sent it back to the company to be destroyed? Stupid! @@!

Yeah sure it's just like home depot. But instead of orange, it's blue. This particular location is a little odd to navigate, and I've had my fair share of visiting hardware stores. The staff is beyond friendly and willing to help. Prices on lumber are fair in my experience.

They only have two electric chairs at the whole thing bigger than it is it should have more for handicapped

I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Kyle to the rescue. He sent me to Matt for my second problem. I was lucky enough to get help from Francie - twice! Check out was a breeze with Bridget and Ashley helped me at the service desk when I found something in my cart that I hadn’t paid for when I unloaded my goods.
Very pleasant experience that didn’t start out that well. I stood in the bathroom area for quite a while - someone was going to get me help - that didn’t happen. I’m so glad I ran into Kyle in the paint department.

I actually loved this place, was here to look at washers and dryers. Hit the wrong star when I posted first time

Waited for at least 15 minutes to get help after I asked for help. Once I got help he treated good.

They wouldn't open a register forcing you to either leave your items and walk out or use a self checkout. I walked out! Jobs over CEOs bonus check

Ordered $10,000 for a half acre fence; was delivered two weeks late and the corner posts we’re missing. Called store multiple times while at work with no response - no one answers the phone! Findlay got my pro services salesman who said he’ll find the ordered posts and bring them to my job site. That never happened. Had 4 workers paid to wait while I had to go to the store myself. I’m sitting here in pro services waiting

Don't be like me and grab a product thinking its on sell just to be told its not. My fault, I don't know how to read the sign telling me which one it really is. Lowes is a pretty nice place to get everything you need for improvements. I like the lay out of menards better but The Husband likes Lowes choices. So off to Lowes we go. But! I will visit Menards when you an 11% rebate on everything you buy.

Every now and then there's a sales associate that is willing to assist you with questions if you're lucky, the store itself is okay they have items that other home improvement stores dont have, the lighting is dim in the store which give off a very depressing atmosphere, on the plus side the store is very well kept and clean.

I was waited on prompt & he was very helpful & knowledgeable @ giving the info that I was looking for.

Have been here multiple times and can not get anyone to help with large items. Don't buy anything here you can't load up yourself or you will spend precious project time waiting around the store for someone to load your product.

Customer service is terrible everytime I go. The employees act like customers are a burden to them and they don't want help. Sad thing is there are many other home improvement stores that sell similar products and they're employees are willing to help. And Lowe's wonders why they're company is not doing as well as they're competitors.

Talked to 3 people for help and waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me cut a piece of wood and never got helped so I left.terrible service

They have the most beautiful plants and flowers for your spring and summer enjoyment! Also very knowledgeable and helpful employees!
