I have very thick curly hair and I thought I would never find a salon that can cut my hair exactly the way I want. Lynelle exceeded my expectations! My hair has never looked better. I will definitely be coming back!

So appreciative of the open communication with clients in the midst of COVID-19, and the thoughtful consideration of the health of both clients and staff. I won't go anywhere else - if Lucky 13 is closed, I'm not getting my hair cut.

This place offers food cuts and good service. Prices are ok and they have product for sale there.

I moved away and still insist on driving 40 minutes back to this salon to get my hair done here. I love getting my hair cut by Kelly, who always has great hair tips to keep my hair looking spot on until my next appointment!

I spent over a year trying to find a barber shop that could give me a normal men's haircut. Finally checked out this staple and will not go anywhere else (provided Kasandra doesn't leave). My partner gets her cuts there, too. Safe, inclusive space.

Great place! Everyone was really nice. I got a simple hair cut and my hair dresser offered a lot of tips for maintaining healthy hair.

Cool, laid back salon. Also, very talented stylists. Mark is very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to curly cuts. I'm super picky and it always takes me a few tries to find someone who understands and cuts my hair the way I want it. I've been very satisfied with Mark's cuts to date. My mom and daughter (also with curly hair) love their cuts by him as well

I have been searching for a stylist that would understand the texture of my hair. I am not very gifted with styling hair on my own, so I always try to go for a haircut that is easy and looks great.
Jesee took such great care of me. I loved reading her bio and how she works with hair. Just seeing that she works with your natural texture was enough for me to book an appointment with her. I was so happy with my haircut with her. I'm definitely returning!

I've been getting my hair done by Brooklyn since I moved to Columbus and she is hooking a curly girl up! Seriously, best haircuts of my life with a stylist who actually LISTENS and who doesn't try to make you buy super expensive products. The shop itself is super fun with a quirky hipster vibe going on and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I always leave looking and feeling like a million bucks. I trust Brooklyn with my hair and that's basically my life.

The stylists are extremely experienced and friendly. Very LGBTQ friendly. Easy to schedule an Appointment online, either by timeframe or stylist. Parking is on-street, but that’s pretty standard for the area.

Kelly was phenomenal and so sweet! I had wonderful conversation with her and she had all kinds of ideas to help my heavy and tired hair.

Went in for consultation and the girl seemed uninterested in helping me. I went to a different hair salon and was unhappy with how it looked. So I came here to see if they could do something to fix it. While she said she could, she made it seem like my fault my hair was messed up. Not sure if she has a bad personality or she just didn’t want to help me. I think I’ll kist go to Virtue down the street. Hopefully they won’t seem annoyed

My stylist was very knowledgeable about short pixie hair cuts. She didn't cut too much, knew exactly what I needed to assist my desire to grow out my hair. Couldn't be more pleased.

Scheduled an appointment online, left work earlier and then they said there is no appointment even I got a confirmation mail! No openings even all were standing around! Last time I was there

I just had the most wonderful hair experience with Lynnelle! She listened to my concerns about my thin fine hair, educated me on the things that I could do to improve my hair's appearance (I never knew that I was using too much product? !) and then gave me a Fabulous haircut and style! I can't wait to come back and get the gloss treatment that we talked about! Thank you again Lynnelle!

Kathleen's attention to detail, years of experience and skill come through on every haircut I've gotten from her. I came here to get a haircut with Sophia. I absolutely love how she cut and styled my lifeless, thin hair. She added volume and bounce like never before and recommended a great product that I will definitely continue on using (Evo - Salty Dog). Can't wait to be back!

Idk how to feel. I’m kind of disappointed. I heard really good things about the place. I went to get my hair dyed and it turned out the completely wrong color. So I went back to get it fixed and it still wasn’t what I wanted and my hair has been completely dried out since. But I didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting it fixed again, & potentially damaging my hair again. But I’m not happy with my hair color. The lady was really nice, I just didn’t get what I wanted

Great salon! Love the stylists and the products they use. The atmosphere is awesome, too. Prices are a little steep if you're used to Great Clips, but it's worth knowing that you're gonna get a good haircut.
