Lucky Shoes Canton

I've spent thousands on NewBalance shoes at this store over the last decade. I won't shop here again. The associate on the running side was pleasant and apologetic for the lack of inventory in men's hiking shoes (I know that can't be helped).

The woman on the main side of the store was outright rude (and something else I can't say on the public review.) to my wife. She claimed there was no size 12 for my son in 3 different types of boots and shoes. Maybe that's true, but didn't say anything else. She doesn't want out business and you won't get it anymore.

I have shopped here for many years. Today's experience makes me not want to come back. The sales clerk was unhelpful to the point of rudeness.

Treated very well, very helpful. When I left my discount card at home she gave me discount anyway. My fourth purchase from Lucky - will be back!

I feel so “lucky” that my boss recommended this store to me. For the past 2 years, I’ve struggled with pain on the job since we’re on our feet for 9-10 hours most shifts. All of the employees have been extremely helpful and patient. It’s amazing how much difference the right pair of shoes makes. Thank to all of you here - you are appreciated!

Lucky Shoes has been my go to for a number of years. I've bought a very large number of shoes here. After today's visit, I will not be back! They were rude, and clearly did not value my business. I could not be waited on because I walked in behind my sister and they wanted us both to use the same sale clerk. She was clearly deducted to assisting my sister. My sister's first set of shoes brought out were clearly too tight. When my sister proceeded to ask for the size she wore, who also buys here regularly, that pair was a bit big. The clerk replied, "I brought what you told me".
Needless to say, I did not wait for my sister to be done being assisted to be helped and they were very unconcerned I was leaving due to not being assisted by another clerk. What happened to your great service Lucky Shoes? !

Very nice shoe store. Sue helped me and she was very helpful. Should go to Lucky Shoes for the best shoes.

For the last three times I’ve gone I have been totally ignored and looked over for other people that look like they may have more money? No greeting to me, no recognition that I am even standing in the store! Now, to make things even more ridiculous, you have to check in? So so disgusted.

Leihla was amazing! She helped me very quickly with the correct heel liner I needed, and did it immediately after helping a large family seconds before! I was in and out with the correct items and she was so sweet! Thank you!

I don't usually leave reviews but I've been getting my shoes from the New Balance store here since I moved to Ohio 6 years ago. New Balance straight from a New Balance store has been tge only gym shoes that have found to fit my feet perfectly with no issues. I found that the Canton location closed and now it's just a straight Lucky Shoes. I was glad to find that they still had my info in their system as well as options from the same line of New Balances I buy. Mason was excel in listening to my needs and pulling shoes for my type of feet. I had chosen a size to big walked out then had to walk right back in for tge size I should of gotten. Mason wasn't frustrated with me at all over it I'm grateful for that and the help given. I'll be back in about 2 years after I wareout my new pair.

I found Lucky Shoes by "happy accident" and am so glad I did! I was greeted at the door by Erica. Erica immediately made me feel comfortable, and cared for. She was professional and patient, understanding my feet 'needs'. I LOVE my shoes, and purchased three pairs! Thank you Erica!

They carry quality shoes and know how to fit them. The sales people really know what they're doing.

They were wondeful! Not enough adjectives to describe how accommodating and helpful the young man was helping my 90+ year old parents with their shoe selection. It wasn't an easy task either. His kindness and gentleness with my parents can't be said enough. Those shoes and the customer service we had was worth every penny.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, made suggestions, and had alot of product knowledge.
Prices same as what I found on the internet but I am very glad I got to touch them and try them on.
