The guy there is VERY RUDE. Terrible business and disrespectful. Communication skills is very poor.
Scam scam scam Do not use this company they gave a paper with price on it which was 75 and they lied now trying to.charge 500 then said 300 because they are trying to scam every dollar they can so I would recommend never using this company unless prepared to have to.use legal action they are unprofessional and try to.make.it so.cant get vehicle back
Arrived quickly, Good Price, Great Service. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, professional and careful with my vehicle.treated as if is was his own. I highly recommend this service!
The driver John went above and beyond what a normal tow truck driver would do. He spent an extra 20 minutes after driving an hour and half, car broke down in Youngstown and towed to east of Cleveland, to get his tow truck in place to drop the car where it was needed. The vehicle had a broken wheel so was not drivable. I did not think he could get his huge tow truck in position but after some great driving he was able to. Excellent experience on a day that was far from excellent. He brightened my day a bit with his willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

My daughter's car was stolen and totaled, this man is ignorant and is now tring to charge her the Maximum outrages amount for a tow! He was VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME! He Makes Up the price depending on How he feels! And the Police Department uses them! SMH
0-10 they are trying to charge me for a car I do not own and that I sold months ago. Also they won’t Answer their phones nor will they give a call back
They don't answer their phone, don't call back and aren't there when they say they will be. They won't let me get anything out of the car, and will just keep charging me because they aren't there. They are only open 3 days a week and are not there those 3 days. What a scam
They were fast, nice, and made things work even though the whole night was a clusterf*ck. They ended up doing the tow for a reasonable price, and the driver was very good. I think that's all you can ask of a towing company.
So are you ever gunna call people back. At this point your holding cars hostage. Your not open when you say your gunna be and you don't call back.
Wow! After calling some very rude towing
companies, I reached Ludts.they were professional, patient with my situation and sent someone right away! Nick showed up to help and was amazing! 5+ stars! It is wonderful to be treated with so much kindness and empathy after having your car break down at the gas pump and having a very stressful day! I highly recommend Lutdts based on my experience today!
Went there to pick up a vehicle for a customer and everyone was friendly to deal with, from dispatch to the driver that met me at the gate to let me in. A+ in my book!
