Love Luminous 2 Nail Spa. I have so much fun when I get my nails done. Rosie, my Nail Tech, is Fabulous!

The customer service here is the best, especially since they're always squeezing me in at the last minute.that's my own fault, but that's another story.personally, I can say that I also have good conversations with the nail techs to pass the time

They charge $10 for get coffin shape nails which ok that's fine but my nails are definitely square

For some reason, my nail texh turned off my massage chair. I don’t know why, I wanted it on. But whatever, she must be newer because I haven’t seen her here before.

They are far from good professional and never follow instructions. I’ve been going there because it’s convenient but this will be my last time going there

Very rude to my little niece who was so excited to get her nails done for the first time. Not friendly and tried to charge me extra.

Everyone there helped make my experience phenomenal!
Ne was the receptionist and talked to me about business and family wealth throughout the whole time.
Rosie did My deluxe pedi and nailed/ killed it.
Wendy did my signature full set.and I'm very pleased

This salon close to home so I really wanted to love it. I have visited about 3-4 times and every visit has been unpleasant. Today was my final straw.m nail technician was terrible, when cutting my “cuticles” she cut my skin in multiple places, and the leg “massage” hurt so bad I feel like I’m going to have bruises. Without asking what i wanted, my toenails were cut down shorter than I would have liked and she cut off the sides of my toenails for some unknown reason. All the while the technician is having a full on conversation with a coworker My nails honestly looked better before I went in. I feel like I just paid $50+ for someone to aggressively rub lotion on my legs and stab away at my feet.

They refused services for my 82 year old mother who wanted to get a pedicure. When she did get a gel overlay for her nails it was different lengths and rough.

I was originally going to get gel until the guy I got stuck with had to use a diagram for the nail shape I wanted. I decided then I wasn’t letting him put gel on me. Did regular polish that looked awful. I came home and had to cut my nails and remove the polish. I didn’t pay all that money for someone who doesn’t even know nail shapes! This place used to be so good and trustworthy.

Absolutely horrible! Gel is chunky and uneven! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I could have done a better job doing them myself at home. Also very overpriced for the horrible job they do!

I always have a great experience every time I come here. I also make appointments which helps a lot.

Cut nails crooked an shorter then I wanted.was ruff.sanded my nail top bed.did not paint to the nail bed looks like I need a fill in already. Missed some of the side area.with
gel polish. The blue light got hot had to take my hand out several times. The staff was rude.talked to us like we're stupid. Would not go here again.this should be a pleasant experience.it was not! My daughter in law was talked to like a stupid person.we will not go back again!

Not a fan at all. Quality of work was not good they rushed through my wife and my nails. Uneven nails after clipping, plus other things.

They do great work and have excellent customer service. The location is very clean and nice inside. I'd recommend everyone to come and get excellent service
