The place has potential, but unfortunately they have the wrong employees. They are very unprofessional and keeps up a lot of drama. The staff never focus on the patients. They allow the individuals that live at the shelter to sit outside the shelter, smoking marijuana, drinking alcohol. They create an unsafe environment for the community. The staff Create scenarios to get rid of the good employers. This place should not receive any more grant funding, Need all new employers, including HR staff. Very toxic environment for the employees and the people staying in the shelter.

I've worked for luthern services and it was a great job. The food pantry really help and they seem to give you the most food even for a single person. The staff are very friendly and courteous.
