I didn’t have the greatest experience the last place I went and was not disappointed in LUXE! First off the atmosphere and staff are just top notch. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and informative which I appreciated. Stephanie the owner goes above and beyond. She really gave me the results I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier! Stephanie explained everything with an obvious level of expertise in what she does. She was very transparent about cost and how to have an effective treatment. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. It was a very professional, personable and educational experience.

I have been going to Steph for many years! Not only is she amazing at her craft, she is such an amazing person inside and out! She takes pride in her work and she makes you feel beautiful. Her staff is so friendly and kind, they make each visit better each time and you just can't wait to go back. When I decided to do this, I really had no idea what to expect! All I knew was I needed to do something to make my skin look better and more youthful. When my nurse Jenna, walked in, she was able to calm my fears, was patient and kind while I asked all my crazy questions, and was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and everything related to skin care. I’m not going to lie, it was a bit uncomfortable but Jenna stopped every time I needed a break, and I kept reminding myself, “all for beauty” lol. She was awesome and I really appreciated her! I will be back because I now know what to expect! Thank you Jenna! (There’s a free Fire Joe waiting for you!)

I've had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Luxe Loft. Each team member I interacted with was pleasant to work with starting with the initial phone call to schedule an appointment. The owner, Stephanie, was incredibly knowledgable and genuinely cares about patient/client safety within this industry. She even took time to sit down and chat following my treatment. I look forward to a two week check-in to review my results and envision returning to the Luxe Loft for additional procedures in the future!
