TL;DR: 10/10 would recommend using Luxury Heating and Cooling

WOW, what great service. We had a house humidifier installed. Before installation began, we got a courtesy heads up call. Once they arrived, the techs spoke with us about the different installation configurations to choose from and the pros/cons. Made a suggestion that worked best and we went with it. Other contractors did not identify the issues with the other configurations that these techs identified. Once they went to work, they kept the over-shoe booties on inside the house and took them off leaving the house. When they were done, they left it better than they found it. The area was cleaned up of all loose screws and trash, plus they fixed an issue from the original furnace installer. They made sure the walk is through the various settings, suggested operating points, and explained the normal maintenance needed on the unit. They were extremely professional, personable, and seemed to really love what they did. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company to use Luxury Heating and Cooling. We’re going to be future customers after that service. My wife and I even talked about how great the experience it was for us.

I couldn’t recommend Luxury more highly. The staff was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. Carlos, who helped with our repairs, was the consummate professional: insightful with his evaluation, made things easy to understand, helpful with recommendations for preventative maintenance, and was courteous throughout. I’m looking forward to working with them more in the future.

All was done efficiently, beginning with an on-time appointment. Luxury service people are always polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for your reliability over 10 years, 3 new furnaces (my last house had 2 furnaces), 2 water heaters (1 in former home, 1 in present home). And semi-annual maintenance. I am a satisfied repeat customer.

Quick response to call. The service team tuned our heating system to sync first and second floor temperatures. I appreciated that they started with tuning our system vs.selling us an unnecessary product or service. As a result, they built trust with us and we will call them for future service.

I had a heating issue late in the day. A technician called within an hour of my initial call. He talked me thru everything to determine what might be wrong. He determined the problem and had the needed part ordered first thing the next morning. The following day the part was on the truck and two very professional young men came in made things right. Long story short, this was the first time I needed HVAC type service since moving here a year and a half ago. I think we made a very good choice choosing Luxury Heating

Best to call ahead with plenty of notice for routine maintenance. The guy the came to my house for routine winter maintenance was on time, text to let me know he was 10 minutes away. Not only did he do a thorough job with my routine maintenance. He shoveled snow from my wheelchair ramp! Above & beyond!
