Luxury nails and spa, Lancaster OH

Since the new owner took over, poor service, called and made appointment but said that he didn't have then said he forgot to write down, had me wait over 15 minutes past my time, previous owners wouldn't have let that happen. Wish I could find a place to use

I am not a person that will ever leave a bad review for a business, and I am always so thankful for service’s that others provide. But in this case I had to speak up. My mom and I came to luxury nails this past weekend (10/23) for manicures and pedicures. I was upgraded to a more expensive pedicure despite telling the man multiple times I just wanted the basic pedicure. My mom was given gel on her toes when we also said 3X that she just wanted basic polish. No big deal normally minus the fact that it was far more expensive than what we had asked for, with not that much benefit out of it. As for my nails, I have never had my nails look so bad AFTER a manicure/gel polish. The man did not cut my cuticles at all, didn’t file them straight (I have some nails very squared and some rounded) and the polish is done SO poorly. I will always pay for good services but the amount of money I spent for this terrible service was absurd. I truly hope others have a better experience but I will never be back and will also tell others never to go here!

Went first time for pedicure, made appointment. Smell of acetone was less strong than previous experience at other salon. Service was swift, wish a little more callous was removed other than that very happy with experience.

I've been to 3 different places in Lancaster and this one seems to be the best. Loved the massage chairs! Great color selection!

Second visit. Had the absolute best foot massage! Greatly appreciate the time and effort he took with my feet. At 71 I have some neuropathy, lots of arthritis and the diligence he took was impressive. The nails were pretty too

I rarely do this, and I have given them plenty of chances, this is not just a “someone had an off day” issue. I have gotten 3 manicures and 2 pedicures here and both pedicures have resulted in cuts on my toes. This last trip was a mani/pedi and I have 1 cut toe and 2 cut fingers! Also, super high pressure to upgrade to gel until I finally gave in so I wouldn’t have to hear it any longer. I paid a total of $94 to get hacked up by this place! I have pics but so far don’t see a way to attach them. If I could give zero stars I would.

This business has taken a dramatic turn for the worse in a short amount of time. My visit today for a pedicure was chaotic and stressful. There seems to be completely new staff in place. The prior employees were friendly, professional, and the location immaculate. Although the technician completed the pedicure without problem, it simply lacked the basic TLC and professionalism that I was used to at this salon. I also found it unsettling that there was an effort to upsell other services during my visit. Unless the prior staff were to return, I will be finding another option.

I've been here 3 times now. First visit I had a beautiful pedicure, no complaints. The second time I was on a bit of a time crunch and needed a mani/pedi. Pedicure was good. I did a dip for my nail and the color ended up being all wrong. Purple instead of white. Apparently the sample had faded. The shape of my nails was not as I had asked they looked very thick and lumpy and they filed down a ton of my nail bed, you can still see where it's growing out. I was in a rush so they said they could just apply gel over the top. That was fine. They even offered to redo it if I came back. Awesome. When I came back they did a very poor job. Once again they filed my nail shorter than I wanted, wrong shape and absolutely destroyed my cuticles too! It took weeks for them to heal. I'm searching for a new salon.

Anytime I have ever gone here (appointment or not) I’ve had a great experience. Everyone is friendly, they have amazing color selections for gel, dip and regular polish. They really know their stuff! 10/10 recommend their pedicure service if you’re looking for a good place to go!

Got nails dipped and gel on my toes without a pedicure and received the royal treatment with a nice job on both, massages and friendly service. Keep up the good work Luxury Nails of Lancaster.

I’ve gone here for a few years regularly getting dip nails and pedicures every two weeks, never had a bad experience until recently. Without Henry and Lynn there daily it seems to be falling apart. My wait times, treatment and quality of nails gets worse each time I go. What used to be a relaxing thing I looked forward to only stresses me out now. Hopefully things go back to normal soon, in the meantime I will be looking for a new place to continue my services!

Luxury Nails has went extremely downhill. The customer service and quality you receive is absolutely terrible.

These are possibly one of the worst nails I have ever had. I have yet to find a good nail salon in Lancaster and might have to drive all the way back up to Columbus for some decent acrylics. The first lady went extremely fast and blamed it on her early lunch break, and the guy who did the rest of it made it LUMPY and the paint job is HORRIBLE looking closely at it. The place itself was okay and seemed clean. I was told when I called that it would be 30 for a full set and I ended up paying 51? Will not go here again.

They were AMAZING! Great selection, very friendly and EXCELLENT customer service! We will be back!

Not professional to make fun of overweight people and then watch the owner laugh about it as well

My nails are not shaped well, they’re lumpy and uneven. I paid $75 for very poorly done nails. It’s disappointing. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience in this nail salon, and the last. Definitely won’t be returning.

The shop is always clean, friendly, lots of nail option services, pedicures.prices slightly higher than expected.but we'll worth it! Steve is a great nail tech.thanks.
