It was just terrible the man who did my nails was nice. He Cut too deep on one nail which cause it to bleed had to go home to put a bandaid on it and was so expensive still. The shape is terrible as well don’t go there please!

First time here and my experience was absolutely perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning.

I visited this salon because the girl I always go to in my town was on vacation and I had broken a couple nails. I told them I just needed a fill and they convinced me I needed a whole new set. Instead of soaking the old set off, the girl savagely ripped them off. I thought my nail beds were going to rip off. She cut my thumb nail down to the quick and made it bleed. My fingers still ache. The guy who took over after the girl traumatized me did a fine job with the new set, and I thought maybe the pain had been worth it.until he told me the price was $64 plus $10 for removing my old set. $74 for one manicure? ! I have gotten my nails done in several large cities and have never been charged anything close to this. I feel taken advantage of and will never be returning to this salon. I highly suggest you save your money and your nail beds and go elsewhere.

I enjoyed my visit there, they are very professional & really do a good job on what you would like to have done.

The first time I went I really enjoyed my experience and I felt that what they charged was fair and I left a decent tip. I tried to go back this past Wednesday and get a fill done. I was told 30-45min which is fine. I had no problem waiting and I figured I would have to wait anyways since I came a little later in the day. The problem came when I waited 2 hours and I know they acknowledged me because I was sitting outside the salon and one of the girls working there kept mentioning my name saying I’m next. Never once did they come to me and say they weren’t going to have time to fit me in, instead they let me sit there for two hours not saying anything and then they started closing for the night and pretend I didn’t exist. I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt that’s why I stayed so long. Very disappointed but oh well will just have to go somewhere else…

My normal nail salon was closed and I decided to stop in the mall and try this salon out. It didn’t seem very clean or very professional whatsoever. I asked for an almond ombré and left with discolored, chunky nails that looked horrible in comparison to the picture of what I asked for. Two of my nails are completely different colors than the rest, one is misshapen and has a bump in it. She was very rough with my hands, got glue all over my fingers, and never had me wash my hands or applied cuticle oil. The next day one of them broke down to the skin. Absolutely disgusted and will never go back.

Had nails done and next day 3 fell off. They are uneven and don't know what they doing. I demanded my money back and they kept saying they would fix it. They can't fix nothing but mess it up more. Do not go to this place. Don't recommend it at all. Aqua nails is the place to go they do much better and the girls there are super nice and awesome.

Was very rude and talk to clients any kind of way not professional at all! And not organized at all with there appointments. The lady in the front talks to you crazy! You supposed to treat your clients with the most up respect.

Lexi did my nails today for Valentine's day and she did such a great job! They are beautiful and she was so pleasant to talk with the whole time.

We had appts 3 of us, we arrived and I think her name is Lexi could not have been more rude, another girl had her feet up on the chair and was on her phone and said yes what do you need, we walked out and went to Ivy Nails and had the works, I guess Luxury nails did not need our $300.00 nor will they ever get our business

I got dip powder nails done, and 3 days later they chipped off.the actual dip powder, not just the top coat.people were very nice and helpful, but the quality of work was just awful. I've gotten dip powder nails done multiple times other places, and they lasted for 4-5 weeks. 3 days is just pathetic. I will most definitely not be coming here again. I spent roughly $95 on manicure and pedicure. Pedicure is fine, however, $45 is way too much for the quality of nails I got. I would've been better off doing it myself! Not happy at all.

Great service as always, polite, hardworking and attention to detail! I've returned numerous times and have never been disappointed.

Went in with my sister to get our nails done for her birthday; my sister had a very fun experience. I did not. Lexi (I believe her name was) was completely rude and unresponsive. I wanted ombre done on my nails and she said "I can't do that" um.so you get the person who can. But I settled and had her do something else (even though I had previously asked if I could get ombre done there and was told yes, I could). Not only was she rough on my hands (I'm surprised I didn't bleed) she YELLED, yes, YELLED at me when I told her that I changed my mind about my nail color choice (which I had already said something when she was putting the tips on for my acrylics but she ignored me). Seemed as if I was inconveniencing her by wanting my nails done; she made 2 phone calls (saying once that she was trying to leave work early and was arguing with the person on the other end of the line), she stopped filing my nails to file hers (with the same file), and again, YELLED AT ME. On top of all of that, she was backing up a lung, sneezing, and trying to drain her nose through her throat while doing my nails AND NOT WEARING A MASK! Her boss came over 3 separate times telling her to put a mask on and she ignored him each time. Honestly when she yelled at me I should have just gotten up but since my sister was actually having a good time with her nail technician/artist, I didnt want to ruin her fun by causing an even bigger scene. When my nails were finally done (misshapen, uneven, the acrylic not even going down to my cuticles) Lexi asked me very flatly "you like them? " I said yes only because I knew I could file them and salvage what was done; I just wanted to get away from her. I like the salon, my sister had been there before and wanted to go back. She had a good artist and a positive experience. I rated so low specifically because of Lexi. My nails were a complete waste of money and I hope I don't get sick

Walked up to get a quote for a full set of nails and the lady at the counter did not even acknowledge me. When she did looked up from her phone, she said "what" and gave a look like I was not worth her time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

It was very busy when I went in and even though there was a wait, it was so worth. Excellent service and excellent job on my nails. They took great care of me!

Terrible experience not even worthy of the 1 star. I just gave it that because I did not know how to give my review without doing so. $70 & 8 days later & nails look I paid $20 definitely not a place of quality. Will never go back nor will I ever refer someone. That bad
