LV Nails, Columbus OH

I came in during a random week day for my pedicure appointment. It all started great until they had walk ins come through the door. There was only two employees there at the time and they were both doing my friends and I’s pedicure. The more people that wanted services they would continue to rush on ours and then go over to accommodate the other walk ins while not being done with the pedicure. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but all the rushing caused my toe to not be done properly and now it’s ingrown and hurts. I would’ve recommended this place a little more if they valued each customers appointment time without feeling rushed.

I went in - with a call ahead appointment-for a pedicure ($45) and manicure ($20) and it started off really well. The woman was kind and engaged, assisted with a cracked nail, but once three girls came in for gel manicures without appointments and all of a sudden things got VERY rushed. Polish on my toes doesn’t cover the whole nail but there was plenty of polish on my actual toes. My nails were done so quickly that nothing dried between coats and less than 10 hours since my appointment, they’re full of bubbles.
I think this would have been a great experience If the staff didn’t rush to accommodate the walk-in requests. For this price ($71 with tax and you pay the 2.25% credit card fee), I’m pretty bummed with the outcome.

Come here all the time for pedicures, always a good experience. Clean, welcoming environment, and good prices!

Got a mani pedi. Wasn't impressed. $20 for a mani and there was still old polish left on my nails. $40 for a pedi and feet not as smooth as they should be; rushed job. Very nice nail tech, just not worth it for natural nails.

Have always been able to get in same day within the 1-2 hours, I do call ahead and they always make time, it’s a relaxing, quiet atmosphere, clean, they do have massage chairs for pedis if that is important to you.

Nice nail salon but if you like acrylic nails and designs it is not that type of nail salon they pretty much do basic manicure and pedicures.

They were able to get me in on short notice on a Friday. I also messed up my toenail a few days later and they fit right in and fixed it for no charge. Super nice and friendly environment.

I got a French tip full set and the nail tech didn’t
Bother to clean the lines up and my polish came off the very next day. Not even 24 hours later.

They do a wonderful job on my nails and definitely one of my favorite Columbus nail salons- (Trust me, I’ve tried them all! LOL)

This place is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in Columbus! I got an ombré full set that was quick but definitely didn’t compromise quality. The guy working there has his technique down and you can tell he really cares about the finished product. The entire salon is friendly and attentive and I felt very welcomed. I’ll definitely be returning!

My sister and I called about pedicures and were in right away. Our service was IMPECCABLE! Not to mention that another lady walked in for a pedicure and the other worker besides the ladies helping my sister and I immediately helped two costumers right away after just walking through the door for his shift start. My sister and I both got the Royal spa pedicure for $50 and that is exactly what we paid. All of the workers were friendly and we both enjoyed our time. Our toes and legs look and feel amazing. I recommend this salon! Worth the money!

I have searched Grandview and surrounding areas for a good acrylic nail and pedicure spot. At one point, I was paying almost $100 at Lacquer Gallery for a normal acrylic fill + gel, including tip. LV Nails is by FAR the best spot in the Grandview area - they are clean, do fantastic work, offer extremely affordable pricing and are very timely. It’s also a relaxing environment!

It was my first time and my nails came out so beautiful and shiny. I definetly recomend this place. Will be visiting soon.

Went in and was screamed at! I was here 2 previous times with no issues. 3rd time was not a charm. I had a great rating for this place until that happened. Also huge mix up with my card. That they messed up on.

Place is very clean and cute inside.
The people are really nice who work here and they did a great job on me and my friends pedicures.
Prices are moderate for the service.
The chairs are nice and the environment is relaxing and covid precautions are well in place!

I’ve been going here for quite some time and I absolutely LOVE IT! So classy, clean and friendly. I’ve had both nails techs do my nails and they are both really good at what they do. I always have the perfect shape to my nails and I always walk out super happy!
