Lynn Schwarber is the best in the business. She came out to our house and told us little things that we could do to prepare it to sell. We were planning on doing extra things and she told us not too and saved us money. Lynn then staged our house. It looked so good we considered staying in it. The price point was absolutely perfect and actually $10,000 higher than another real estate agent that we spoke with. Our house sold in 3-4 days at the asking price. Lynn has connections with painters, plumbers, and electricians to help with any repairs. She then sold a house down the street from us in 3-4 days like ours.
