I've been using M&M for the last several years for both commercial and residential applications. The customer service from Wayne is secured to none. They are very friendly and are always willing to answer any question.

The local Stihl dealership. I had an issue with a Stihl power washer. M&M patiently explained I was using the tool incorrectly, nothing was wrong with the machine. No charge other than a hit to my pride. I have taken other Stihl tools in to them for various reasons and they have been repaired correctly in a reasonable time. I plan to continue to utilze M&M in the future.

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AT ALL. I TOLD THEM NOT TO FIX IT WITH OUT TALKING TO ME FIRST. THEY FIXED IT ANYWAY, THEN THEY THEY DIDNT FIX THE ENTIRE PROBLEM AND ONLY FIXED ONE PROBLEM. WHO SENDS OUT A PRODUCT WITHOUT MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS FIXED? BUNCH OF RIP OFFS LOOKING TO MAKE A BUCK. SO DONE WITH CON-ARTIST. AND THEY CHARGE $60 ROUND TRIP JUST TO PICK UP IN TOWN BY THE WAY WHICH THEY TELL U UNLESS U ASK. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

Sent a mower there for no start. They changed the starter and billed me for $385 without discussing any of the associated charges, including the $65 transport fee, beforehand. I complained and was told that they did not know that I would want an estimate beforehand. This seems like it should be a given; how much work will they perform and invoice without getting customer consent? I see another review below from 2 weeks ago that had a similar experience. Not a good pattern. This frustration could have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Needed a part for my old Stihl Chainsaw, they had it and put it on for me while I was there

They back up there work. Highly recommend place. They fixed my wife’s mower. It broke after 1 use. They fully refunded her.

No pressure sales. Im comfortable knowing that if i encounter problems or have questions they will be there to help. Would definitely recommend M & M.

They have made many repairs for me. If it should be repaired.they do it at a fair price and reasonable time. Also they have never tried to up-sale when I have purchased equipment. Lastly, when an item is just "too far gone", meaning any fix will lead to the next problem, they were honest and did not try to get me to just buy a replacement. I appreciate their business model.

Good family owned store that treats everyone like family. Their primary customers are professionals but they gladly take the time to answer home owners questions.
They service old and new equipment as well charge fair price

Great place to shop for small engine parts. They will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be.

We’ve been going here for years to get things fixed and have been loyal customers. Last week we dropped off our weed whacker and they kept it there for a week for a small repair. They then called my husband and said we don’t have time for this, come take it somewhere else. Thanks for wasting our time.
