Great vet clinic. They have always taken excellent care of our animals. The staff and doctors go above and beyond to help. Does seem a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for in my opinion.

Dr M performed a spay operation on our Standard Poodle puppy. She did fabulously well! She had a very comfortable post operative period and an uncomplicated recovery. The next morning she acted like nothing happened! I had to keep her from jumping and running.

I cannot thank the entire staff enough for their caring and professionalism throughout my senior dog's illness. From squeezing us in when things came up during his illness to kindness and caring when we needed it the most, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My 94 yr old father's miniature schnauzer, suddenly began to limp on her right rear leg when we were visiting him. This happened on Friday night, & the doggie was in terrible pain. I called their Veterinarian Sat.morning, who they had not seen in 3 yrs (!), & they squeezed an appt in that morning! Diagnosed doggie, gave prescription meds, & were as sweet as could be. This vet place is A-OK. Quality & concern in every employee! Highly Recommend! The prices were not horrible too.

From receptionists to the vet technicians. To Dr. Merick. What a great team they have there. The compassion, and care they show to each of my pets 2 dogs, 1 kitten. During their regular yearly visit, or emergency situations (and yes they have happened).
They keep the place clean. They are following covid-19 guidelines. They are also reasonably priced.

We have taken our animals there for over ten years and have seen a decline in care for round the last three. It has become apparent that caring for animals is no longer the goal and it has become about numbers and how many tests they can charge.

Dr. Merick and team has provided the best veterinary experiences I have had in my life thus far. This is my first time dealing with the challenges of a pet getting old and they have been very patient with all my questions and concerns. It is a difficult and emotional time when elderly pets become sick, but they have worked with me to make my cat as comfortable as possible. For reference, my cat is almost 15 years old and was diagnosed with two cancerous tumors on her bladder. She is still thriving, so keeping her comfortable with medication to ease the effects of the tumors is my main concern.

We have been taking our dogs here for years. Though sometimes prices can be high, I feel my pet which is like a family member is getting the BEST care. They are nice, loving and very sympathetic when needed.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, detailed, and caring. Dr. Merick took plenty of time to answer questions and make sure I knew what to expect. He also made 2 follow up calls personally to make sure our lab was doing well! More than fair price (especially compared to other local clinics).
Very satisfied with our experience at Macedonia Vet Clinic!

Next time we need a vet, we will be coming here.

This is my first review so don’t think im a critic I just need to speak my mind… When we approached to put down my dog this past Saturday… everyone working here was amazing and kind. Except for the vet who was in charge of taking care of my pet. The iv was successfully put in and there was a leak with the overdose of anesthesia so she had to place a new one. We were ok because it was an accident but what happened next was unacceptable. We waited for more than 12 minutes for the next dose, meanwhile my dog, Mario, was laying there in my arms Rocking side to side half dead trying to give us kisses, missing us each time because he was seeing triple. I stepped out to complain and saw that the vet was standing in the hallway not giving a single care in the world. Thank you to all the other workers who were professional and kind.and thank you to the disrespectful vet who made the last 10 minutes of my dogs life a living hell

I actually was at Canine Lifeline. They share the property and the vet does all the testing on the dogs. Lifeline was awesome! They always have a great variety of dogs to adopt. Very friendly, great work!

Excellent veterinary they really care about your fur baby. Excellent care and handling. Best of all very reasonable prices for services.

Dr. Merrick is excellent and very knowledgeable. The staff is fantastic and always caring and helpful.

It is an amazing place. Everyone is so wonderful and take such good care of your babies. Highly recommend them

Love Macedonia Veterinary clinic.been going to them for over three years.feel like they are part of my extended family. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and they genuinely care about our four legged family members.

I’ve taken my cats here for years. Recently one passed. They sent a really nice sympathy card to us and it showed that they really do care for your pets. Always super friendly staff and excellent care.

First time taking my dog here and we approve! The staff is friendly and efficient! They were very gentle when handling my scared dog!

Dr. Merrick is an amazing vet. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and discusses anything you need. I have never felt rushed while being here. The staff is also very friendly! I have taken both dogs and cats here and have always received excellent service!
