Great place to walk. It was shady and the path was nice and wide. It was muddy in spots but not terrible. It was a little challenging to find based on Google. Park in the left side of Kroger and you will see the park sign for the trail head there. We used a completed trail from AllTrails and ended up with about 1.5 miles.

It is a nice natural area and a relatively easy walk on crushed gravel paths. You cross some streams on wooden bridges. I've never seen the place crowded, but often will see some other walkers as well.
You will hear some traffic noise from the nearby roads, but it isn't oppressive. It is worth checking out. I particularly like the fact that most are considerate and there's very little trash about.
