Department Store Macy's reviews
14Great Sales Associates! Prices r high, $340 for a Queen Sheet Set, wow, even after 40%off! Send me coupons, please.
Went here for a dress shirt for my wedding. Not a big selection at all. The staff was about no help what so ever. I will never come back. Ended up going to Dillard's and got good service so I'd suggest going there instead.
Love this store the only place I go to purchase jackets shoes purses perfumes favorite store inside the whole entire Mall
Lyza in the men's department is a hoot. Very professional and great service. Wonderful attitude and sense of humor. I appreciated her this morning and we had a good laugh together. God Bless you Lyza. Please take note of her Corprate Macy's she is a keeper.
She is a middle eastern lady in case you have more than one Lyza
They have a New part upstairs called Back Stage the prices are Amazing I shopped for Father's Day and Myself and only spent 40 bucks What a Blessing.
I have been shopping at this location for as long as I can remember with no issues, however, I can thoroughly say this place has become a dump. There is no selection whatsoever for men’s clothes or women’s for that matter that are of quality. They force you to get backstage with no regular version alternative. They went from having huge sections for men’s shoes and shirts for example, but now they got rid of Nautica, downsized their Levi’s section, and cut their men’s shoes by half and are forcing you to buy inferior “backstage. ” It is safe to say I will not be shopping at this store anymore. RIP to what Macy’s at Belden Village used to be.
Prices were slightly better than DSG and more variety for men's clothing. Staff were personable.
Decent selection and relatively well organized. Prices are a little high but seems to be good quality. Update, very lacking in men's dress clothes now.
Disappointed that they did not carry Michael Kors watches. I was looking to purchase a few.
Found what I wanted at I good sale price, but seemed like there where know employees anywhere?
The store itself smells musty like grandma's attic. The areas that didn't smell like grandma's attic were so overly saturated with perfume that it was a biological hazard and this location has a very limited selection of mens ware.
I have so many points saved up I get free shipping, and seriously the prices really are pretty reasonable for Macy's. I've shopped there over 30 years. Always happy
Lol, again, I just love going to the mall, to see wut kinds of things that they got there! & I love going into my favorite stores, witch is way to many of them to count! Lol.
We shopped here for my daughter's dress and they were helpful, changing rooms were clean. Nice prices for dresses!
