Macy's, Niles OH

I like Macy's but often there isn't enough staff around and some things are overpriced

Plus size clothes will only be available on line now. Sales associate was less than helpful. Felt like I was bothering her.

They recently had a great sale on bras I got 3 for like $70. And when I got the wrong size I went back to exchange and they had no problem. I even received a $1 back. My size is 36DDD. So I was very grateful to catch that sale.

Clean, bright, large open aisles, always find good buys, friendly staff.always has been one of my favorite retail stores!

Visited ToysRUs for the first time since the stores closed. I was very excited to take my 3 yr old grandson for his first visit to the iconic store! He was most impressed with the giraffe, and gave him a big hug after sitting with him, lol. The toy selection was disappointingly small, and the prices were high; although they did have some good sales going on, which made most of the toys reasonably priced. My grandson was allowed to pick out one toy to purchase; but he couldn't find one that he wanted to buy (imagine that from a 3 yr old!). They didn't have any construction toys (which is his passion right now) ; and very few dino or dragon toys (runner up passion). So, we left without making a purchase. I was so happy to see the store coming back, even if only inside of another store; but perhaps if Macy's will give the toys a larger area of the store, it will be able to have a larger impact on our little grandkids. Similar to what we were able to experience with the big ToysRUs stores!

Ordered my gf a wallet it was as advertised and was able to pick up quickly and with ease thank you

I absolutely loved my experience here. A lady in cosmetics named Marci was very helpful in helping me find products for my skin that’s been acting up lately. She sold me a few products from Lancome a few days ago and my skin is already starting to feel better, especially with my natural dry skin. Thank you!

Sales associate her name is london.oh my courteous, professional, knowledgeable, i could go on.if more stores had associates like her shopping would be so much better.she helped me find amazing deals in childrens and she hadn't started her shift and then i went downstairs and found her in fragrances.yay!

Sadly this store has fallen off when it comes to value. Many items marked up yet reached as clearance.

It's Macy's can't really complain. The toys r us upstairs is extremely tiny and mostly babies toys or toddler things.
