We've bought wood twice now. Friendly and prompt service. The quality is great and burns well. Also of note, both deliveries were considerate in that it wasn't just placed right in the middle of our driveway. It was thoughtfully placed towards the back and to the side so we could still access the driveway/garage. That was most appreciated and not asked of you. Honestly, I wouldn't have thought to ask that of you guys but I'm grateful for that. It was most appreciated! Thank you!

New Ownership is rough. I always did business with Brian but when he sold his business it went to hell. Customer Service is not their strong suit. Very unorganized. Sorry to see a well established business go down the way side. I'll be taking my business else where.

Switched hands as of 2021. Very unorganized and slow. Nobody really running the yard.at least for the 30 mins i waited to get 2 yards of mulch with no other customer in sight. And then i got a "light" 2 scoops/yards.

I have used Madden Brothers for years while living in Brunswick. Always great service and materials. The area we have at our new home in Hinckley is much smaller as we have yet to build up the landscape so for the past few years I resorted to buying bags from the store for my mulch. This year I bought mulch and soil delivered from Madden Brothers and it is a world of difference. The all bark mulch looks amazing and the soil is of high quality to build back up the beds and fix some bare spots in the lawn and settling from the newly built house. I would advise anyone I know to put their trust in this company for their landscaping material needs.

From ordering to delivery as always has been perfect. The team at Madden Brothers goes beyond expectations. The care with customers is absolutely outstanding.
I received my delivery 12/4/2020 The driver had called my cell which I was unable to answer at the time. Bobby took notice the area that was cleared out and where the firewood racks are located, he ensured to do the best he could to off load the wood exactly where it needed to be placed. (Perfect placement). I appreciate Madden Brothers dedication to the service provided.

My dealings with Madden Brothers has been excellent over the past three or four years. Their pricing is fair and they go out of their way to provide satisfaction to their customers. All of the personnel with whom I have dealt have been positive, courteous, respectful and interested in my needs. I recommend them for the products and services they provide.

05/05/20 Returning customer - Madden Bros.
I called Madden Brothers on Monday to get topsoil and they delivered it Tuesday morning. The gentleman delivering was very friendly and unloaded the topsoil as requested on the tarp at the end of our Driveway. Excellent quality topsoil. You can't go wrong.

This was our first time using Madden Bros.
The gal taking my order over the phone was so very pleasant and helpful. The delivery was delivered as promised and the Premium Topsoil is of high quality.

Very professional, website is organized easy to navigate and prices are listed upfront. Contact and follow up was first rate delivery was as scheduled and the driver was very accommodating on my narrow driveway. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MADDEN BROTHERS!

I ordered mulch and as usual the product they delivered was on time as scheduled and the quality was excellent. Always a pleasure to deal with!

I ordered mulch in the morning. They said it would be delivered between 11-2. Well it never showed. I was busy working. They closed at 4: 30. I stopped up there about 4: 40 to see if anyone was still there to discuss it. A guy was getting in his truck heading home for the day. I asked if anyone from the office was around to find out what happened. Long story short, this guy made a bunch of calls but nobody answered. Finally he asked for my address. Loaded up the mulch and delivered it. Yea it sucks it was late. But really awesome that he made it right.

I purchased a 1/5 chord of camping fire wood. The wood burns like a dream and splits well. I plan on purchasing more wood when the kiln dried wood is available if I run out of wood. The price was very fair and service was great! It was worth the 40 minute drive to pick up the wood.

Very professional and easy to work with. There was a problem with my mulch order and they rectified the situation immediately. I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again soon for some river rock.

Called them up, in need to get my raised beds finished. Young lady that answered the phone (sorry I don’t remember her name), but she was very nice and helpful in taking my order over the phone. I pulled up and phoned her that I was outside and was promptly loaded with 2yds of their beautiful super soil. Came back for another load for my brother and it was definitely worth the 30 min drive one way. Will visit again. Will upload a picture once I plant my garden.

I've lived in the area almost 30 years and have counted on Madden Bros for mulch, fill and topsoil for as long as I can remember. I used to have it delivered but it's even more convenient now that I use my own truck. I can call and pay over the phone minutes before an employee loads up the truck in the yard. Great job!

Sometimes you find GREAT service in unexpected places! I never expected a mulch company to be so friendly and reliable! I have ordered mulch and wood chips from Madden Brothers for years and have always found them to be easy to deal with, priced competitively, and very dependable. I'll keep coming back year after year!

Ordered online mulch for delivery. They delivered the mulch early (after calling to make sure it was OK to deliver early) and the quality of the mulch was great as always. Madden Brothers is the BEST quality for the money when ordering mulch! Highly recommend them!

Great product and service. We ordered 7 yards of the Super Soil. It was top quality Soil and did not contain any trash or junk. We were very happy with this purchase and will buy from them again in the future!

Gave them a 5 even though a little late on delivery. Delivery guy was awesome, will be ordering more products in the next coming weeks.
