MadHouse Smoke & Vape, Fairborn OH

Loved this place. I have been going to a shop closer to home, but I checked here to find better prices on salt-nic liquids and a wider variety of products.

They don’t do research on lays and won’t sell to anyone under 21 even for light fluid, wraps, glass, butane. Even being 20 they would refuse to help me what so ever. Extremely disappointed with this bs

Not good at all. I went there to get some liquid to put in my Vick's Vaporizer unit and all they had was this weird stuff with strange names. I left there and now don't have anything to put in my Vick's machine to relieve this damn sinus pressure.

When I come I'm, I am always greeted with a smile and am helped right away. Madhouse is probably the best smoke shop I've been to.

Best prices on vape juice in Dayton area. Staff is courteous and friendly and fairly knowledgeable. Good selection of products for smoking and vaping. Can't go wrong. Don't believe negative internet haters.

The little chick with the blonde hair was super polite and they were the only place in Fairborn that had my Suorin pods in stock and closest to the MSRP (2/$10.65 or 1 for $5 and some change)

I didn't care for this place when it was Elite Smoke Shop due to the over priced inventory and inconsistent costumer service (you either get a super nice person, or a rude and condensing one). Noticed that the shop name has changed so I decided to give them another chance.

The place looks a little nicer but the prices are still too high and (unfortunately) the staffing is still poor. I will continue to take my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same.

I absolutely love coming here! Athena is the best and it’s a great experience each and every single time! The wealth of knowledge is impressive and she knows her inventory like the back or her hand! Will ALWAYS keep coming back!

One of the best around, the staff is always awesome. They are very knowledgeable and able to help with any question.

My two stars go to the girl with the blonde hair who was at least nice enough to let me put a period on my sentence the second time I came in. As far as the girl with the green hair, this is my second encounter with her and I’m sorry but having anxiety isn’t the proper excuse for being rude. I bought a product from here that leaks and this is the second one I’ve bought from here that leaks. You would think they would help me but instead I get excuses and piss poor customer service. Maybe working in a customer service based industry isn’t best for someone with anxiety. If you cope by cutting people off and being rude, you need a different job.

I will never come back here.

If you are looking for great prices, and unique merchandise, this is the place for you. I found this location through a friend, and decided to check it out. I found a specific brand of vape juice that no one else seems to have, and I have been coming here ever since. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, all of my shopping experiences have been great!

MadHouse is a great example of what other smoke shops should look like. Clean, massive selection (of stuff any of your smoke/vape needs), good prices and the staff is really knows the product.

Friendly service but they don't open on time and they have been promising me they will order a part for my hookah for months and they still haven't done it.

Cool layout, tons of nice pieces, and great prices. Very friendly staff. My "go-to" when I'm in the area (I live out of state) and need something.

Friendly staff, heady glass of all sorts, and good location. I drive past 2 shops omw over. They just have best selection for the $.

I just recently came here and a brunette short girl helped me pick out the perfect vape for me.she was very nice and helpful and i could not have been more pleased with my visit.i will definitely be back i just wish i would have caught her name!

Didnt catch the girls name unfortuneatly cause she was cute.but she was very knowlegable helping me pick out my first RDA. She also helped me with which prewrap coils i should get with it too.all in all a fantastic visit. I drive all the way from West Milton, OH which is about 30 min away just cause they are so great.
