Eric the Maintenance guy is the best. He is always polite and truthful. He does his best to get things fixed and taken care of. It's nice having a maintenance guy you can trust in your home when you're not home.

Horrible horrible place!
Do not even think about moving here at all, they don't provide anything decent. Only good thing is taking your money.

This place is filled with unsupervised children screaming constantly throughout the day and night, The apartment office doesn't care about it.
Multiple people blasting music all throughout the day and night as well. Dispite them saying any noise complaints will be taken seriously.yeah right you all don't live here so you don't have to deal with it so why bother trying?

When we first moved in they didn't provide any walk through, when we got in there were multiple issues that we had reported and they were never taken care of at all the entire 12+ months of living there. We literally found a human tooth in a bedroom and the AC Vents stuffed with garbage from the previous tenants.

The dish washer also had mildew growing inside of it when we first moved in and no matter how many times we tried cleaning it, it never went away and they refused to replace it so we literally never touched that disgusting thing for the entire 12+ months of living there.

Another thing was our mailbox kept being broken into and the office did NOTHING about it

AC unit constantly broke throughout the lease as well and they just simply gave up.

Good luck to anyone who moves in the 2842 Bogart lane cause the tenants in 2840 are VERY VERY obnoxious and rude as heck prepare for banging and screaming EVERY SINGLE DAY, Office doesn't care even though I recorded them and let the office listen to them slamming stuff against the walls and stuff.

This place is absolute garbage. Moving out now that the lease is up and there are multiple issues that have still not been addressed. There is no noise compliance in the lease so nothing is done about bass being cranked up in vehicles or children left unsupervised and screaming. The buildings are in disrepair, the ac unit is 'new' but the upstairs has been consistently 10+ hotter or colder the entire year, the kitchen counters are painted rather than replaced or repaired. They did not provide a tour until after the lease was signed and they had taken the money or I would not have lived here.
However, if you are being evicted from where you currently live due to noise violations or complaints about your children/pets/yourself than you will fit right in

The units are a little small, it’s impossible to get ahold of the office on the phone, but the property manager Alyson is super nice and maintenance guy Eric is pretty cool. Ronnie is cool too. Don’t have issues with heat or AC not working and if there’s a problem it gets fixed pretty quick.

Edit to update: we just got an email today stating that in order to use the pool which took entirely too long to open this year, we have to pay $30 for a key fob to have access to the pool. These apartments are already $1000+ a month, and a fee to use an included amenity is now being applied? That is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. Looks like I won’t be swimming this year because I’m not going to pay extra for an amenity that I should already be to utilize. Might I also mention that the parking situation in this neighborhood is garbage. Everyone has at least 2 vehicles and the property capitalizes off of it by renting reserved spaces. On another note, you either have to get a car cover or a car wash membership because the trees in the neighborhood are nasty and drip sap all over the cars all spring and summer. I’m embarrassed to drive my car if i don’t wash it twice a week because it’s so dirty and sticky.

I've lived here over a year and haven't had any major problems. The office manager is nice and maintenence when I've had any issues have been quick to respond. Some reviewers mentioned the older appliances and hvac units, this part is true, but a quiet, safe, good neighbors.and more affordable apartment are more important to me. The location is good, al least for me, its essy to get to where you need and I'm close to work.

Overall, I've had a pleasant experience.

Absolutely horrible! We have never lived so horrifically in all our lives. The unit is raggedy, out dated, falling apart and has been without central air for over a year and a half! Even after advising the property manager Alison, that our son has asthma (not being able to get to our sons physican due to our work schedule i offer his prescription and she refuses to take it) and even LAUGHED when i told her about our sons medical condition Weve had a flood from built up water between the laundry room wall and the bathroom wall which stained the carpet because maintenance took so long to fix the leak, clogged sinks every other month, very low water pressure. They Charge us for not only a parking pass, because they know the parking lot is too small, but also charging for pool passes to a pool that is normally closed through majority of the summer! Not to mention both front and back door are not sealed peoperly so we have had mice and all kinds of bugs come in from the woods behind us. And yeaterday the property manager, Allison, blantantly tells us she will continue to push our work order for the AC back until our lease is up in september. If there is ANY way to avoid moving here. DO IT! I swear to God you will regret moving here you can hear trucks on the highway behind us and most times the dumpsters are overflowing due to them being cheap and not wanting to buy the amount of dumpsters needed. They charge us monthly for pest control but wouldnt even knock down a wasp nest, they force you empty all of your cabinets (& threaten to fine you if you dont comply) just for them not to treat AT ALL! We had to pay orkin TWICE a total of $400 because these people will do the absolute bare minimum to fix ANY problem.we ALWAYS see HUGE amounts of furniture around the garbage like people have bed bugs. RUN FOR THE HILLS DO NOT MOVE HERE! And to top it all off they are disrespectful towards their residence and you cant even reach ANYONE in corporate. A complete NIGHTMARE!

WORST place i ever lived! This place is a dump, gutters and screens falling off, doors and windows dont close tight, people work on their cars in the middle of the parking lot. All the appliances are old and they switch them from one apartment to another.reported AC not working 4 times and they kept saying they are behind, never was fixed, if they do fix anything, they do it as cheaply and as fast as they can, if they even know how to fix it. Dumpster are always over flowing with trash and rodents.you will be charged fee for things they dont do like pest control. DON'T MOVE HERE!

The staff were rude, upon walking in you could see the woman on phone totally disregarding us on a personal call. Not to mention she made a negative comment while on call about me and my companion. We were told the middle of month upon seeing unit was availability, then the following day over the phone were told days earlier when we were going to apply. Upon going on the site to apply it gave the 5th of the month and more than one unit available. We’re also told that it would be a 72 hour turnover, that turned into a week of just business days M-F. Each time we spoke to Savannah and Allison were told they were starting process only to call back days later to hear same things. On final day it took just a few hours to process, just to be denied for a reason that another more reliable property management company had already approved us for. They are very unprofessional and don’t seem to care about there lack of accountability.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Every year the air conditioning system runs out of refrigerant and they refuse to fix the problem. We put a work order in to have them fix our air conditioner and they told us they were not fixing it until the summer unless we had a doctor note. Everyday of this week has hit the mid to upper 70s outside and the temperature in the inside of our apartment has been higher than that. We can’t even use our stove because it raises the temperature of our apartment. The temperature is so hot it is near heat stroke conditions inside of our apartment. We have to drink plenty of fluids so we don’t suffer from dehydration. The conditions inside of our apartment is horrible. We have to run cold water out of all the faucets and showers with fans nearby to try to cool the place down. The pictures attached shows how hot it is upstairs and downstairs inside of our apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

These people are absolutely ridiculous. We have old appliances that they refuse to update or upgrade. All they do is rig it until it now longer works. All the reviews saying these are amazing apartments are false profiles and lying. There is not one single person that lives here that could say a positive comment about this community. All you have to do is drive on by and ask one that’s standing outside. Then if you complain or post reviews on them, they all of a sudden have a ton of apartment status checks for you. You will get notice to enter all the time if you complain. We have had 3 in the past 10 days. To where if you don’t say anything they never come in your apartment.

Amazing place to live. I been here 3 years and I love it. The stuff is alway friendly and here to help. Very nice place clean.in the summer time the pool always clean ready to go. They take there time to make sure everything good.thanks for being a good place to live.and I feel safe walking around at night.
