Maestro Tailor, Cleveland OH

This was such a great experience! I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a good quality suit to come here.

I had set up an appointment with Mark via phone a week before and was nervous as I had never had any of my clothes tailored/altered before. But, when I first stepped in to Mark's shop, I immediately was greeted with generosity & a home-like feel. During the measuring process, Mark & I conversed and got to learn how long his store has been open and he got to learn a little about me.

Since then, I have visited Mark a couple other times outside of servicing purposes. And he each time, he has demonstrated honesty, integrity, & humbleness.

If anyone is ever in need of alterations. It is my complete honor to recommend Mark and his store "Maestro Tailor" for ALL tailoring and/or custom suit needs!

Only custom tailor I found in town that didn't blanket turn me away immediately for wanting a suit and being a woman.

Will update this review after we have a chance to work together. But just by virtue of not turning away women they get a 5 star review!

mark is super cool. Really friendly and paired me with this wonderful Grey suit. I told him I'd gotten another suit from someone on Friday and he didn't mind at all. We talked shop a bit cause it was my 2nd time at a tailor, and he had me try on this wonderful Grey that I'll use to pair with the vest from the other tailor!

Definitely will be back for more stuff later!

Wonderful experience!
Extensive tailoring was required on the beautiful tuxedo I purchased from Maestro Tailor. Although it was required a great deal of tailoring, Mark did a wonderful job and completed the work very promptly. The finished tuxedo fits perfectly.

I can’t recommend Mark enough! I am officially a repeat customer and the quality of his materials and his work are amazing. I called Mark earlier today with the hopes that he would be able get me in for a new jacket before my rehearsal dinner in a couple weeks- figuring it was probably unlikely. He not only got me in same day, but he also remembered my style from our first visit and greeted me like an old friend.

The process with Mark is simple and such a positive experience. Within 5 minutes of arriving at Maestro Tailor, I had tried on 4 different jackets and all of them fit me as if they were custom made. He just has to look at you and he knows exactly what to have you try on. In a non-pushy way, Mark helped me visualize what would look best with each jacket and make a decision. Before checking out I asked about ties. He helped me pick one out that would look nice with the new jacket and gifted it as a wedding present. I was out the door with a reasonably priced jacket and tie in less than 30 minutes.

Mark is such a kind, wonderful and talented tailor! I am so glad we found him and were able to book him for my now husband’s suit fitting! From the moment we walked in, he made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. He could not have done a more perfect job making sure that he both looked, and felt, handsome. Mark was able to take the first suit my husband ever bought and customize it to flatter his figure. He was attentive to our input, and made helpful suggestions along the way. I just moved to cleveland and was looking for a tailor to work on my suits. I brought my new suit to Mark and he went through his measurements and told me to exchange it for something else because it could suit me better and cost less to alter.

I am a tall and lanky guy so it is often hard to find suits and shirts that fit quite right, but within moments Mark had me in a suit that was nearly perfect even before alterations! After tailoring my suit fits perfectly and better than anything else I own. In addition, his shirts have rendered the rest of my wardrobe obsolete.

I have been going to Maestro for 7 years now. Mark is excellent at his job. He is a professional and it shows through his work. Every time I go a suit it is tailored right the first time. If you're looking for a suit don't waste your time at the big box stores go see Maestro and get quality suit that will last forever.

Excellent experience with Mark. I had two suits and a shirt that needed custom tailoring in time for job interviews and a conference. Mark got everything done at an excellent price and stuck right to the timeline. I have very little idea about fitting and tailoring, and Mark was patient in walking me through what he thought would work best and why before accepting the job. Very knowledgeable in his craft and an all around nice person. Will definitely be back!
