Magnolia Dental at Centerville reviews
23My first visit was quite pleasant, the doctor explained to me what needed to be done and I a appointment for later figure out what's next, I am satisfied with my choice
Everyone from the front office to the back staff we’re very nice, professional, and efficient with time! My teeth cleaning was very thorough and Dr Patel explained in depth the treatment I need. I am looking forward to making this my families new dental home!
I went in after I noticed a cavity on my gumline. The dentist told me she would drill away bad parts, put in medicine, and fill. She told me if I continued to have symptoms, I would need a root canal.
After a few weeks, I was having symptoms. I called and was told she didn't do root canals on the molar teeth. I then had to make an appointment with another dentist. The appointment was two weeks out. I went back to magnolia to get an exam to see if antibiotics would help.
While I was in there, she said she wasn't surprised to see me and her exact words were that she "Was basically buying me time. "
My question is, for what? Why was she buying me time, and for what? I never asked her for any time. I never told her I couldn't afford a root canal, or didn't want one. Actually, it raises MANY questions, as then I found out that the work I really needed done, she didn't do. She should have looked at the tooth, and refered me to another dentist. I didn't have a bit of pain before this started, just a cavity I noticed.now, I've paid her for that nonesense, had to make another trip, and I am now in tremendous pain, with no end in sight until I see another dentist in 2 weeks. There's no reason she can give me to make me understand why she did what she did. It's just gross. I'm discusted. She's lost 4 patients. We've been going to that place since 2008. We've stuck with it after changing hands about 4 times. Never again. We will never go back there.
My first visit to Magnolia Dental was great. No wait time! Bev, the best hygienist on planet Earth, did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Patel took time to explain everything to me after my exam. The front desk staff was informative and nice as well. I am looking forward to my next visit!
Very organized staff-clearly said what wasn't covered by insurance-answered all my preventative care questions and took me on time
With the name change, there seems to be a lowering of quality. The front desk staff used to be exceptional. It’s fine, average but not exceptional. I had a hygienist today that was a sub. Different experience than the two hygienists I’ve had in the past. I stayed with Kori and Everhart because they seemed to have higher standards. Overall, it’s not bad. It’s fine.
My experience here was EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. I had Excessive Pain, Bleeding, Swelling and The Side Of My Face was Totally Bruised after having teeth pulled. I had to call 5 times and insist that someone see me. I was not given anything for pain or any Antibodies for infection. I have sent numerous e-mails and calls and NO ONE has responded to me I feel this is NOT a Professional Dental Establishment and I would not recommend it. I've been trying to get my x rays for over a month so I can go somewhere else.
Yesterday was my first time at K & E. I'm changing because my previous dentist seemed to charge for just walking in the door. I have to say, I'm very pleased and impressed with my first visit.
This was an initial cleaning and inspection. From my reception, to the ex-ray tech, to the hygienist, to the dentist, all I met were pleasant and professional.
I'm retired with a medicare advantage plan. Quick in and quick out.and the plan covered everything. Exactly what I wanted.
I'm convinced. I have already booked my next appointment.
Thanks for a great experience. James
I do not have enough good things to say about K&E Advanced Dentistry! Today was our first visit for both my husband and I and our appointments unexpectedly overlapped. We had our 19 month old son with us and they held onto him while we were having our work done. Between that and the care that we received from the hygienists and Dr. Everhart, we absolutely love this group!
Tried to make an apportionment for both my kids and was told I would be able to join them for the 1st visit, yet after that I would not be able to go back to a room with them. I was OK with this for my son, yet not my daughter. I mentioned that she has a medial handicap and I was not comfortable with that. I was then asked what was her handicap which I shared. After sharing the names of both her terminal diseases, being diabetic and honorable separation anxiety I was still told it was against their policy. I feel this violates the rights of children with disabilities.
Hands down BEST DENTISTS EVER, (and assistants). They actually care about the way you feel. If you have any dental needs at all, because they handle everything, go see them, you wont be disappointed.
I had an amazing experience with staff and the procedure of myself and my daughter, thank you all very much
Dr. Kori and her team were beyond excellent. I suffer from dental anxiety and their dental sedation program allowed me to get caught up on years of work. I’ll forever be grateful for the care and compassion shown to me by this team!
The staff and doctors/dentists are very nice and accomodating, regarding care/procedures and insurance. I have seen all three drs. Everhart, Kori and Yi and recommend all of them for excellent care.
I had a great experience with this team. They were so personal and warm. The hygienist, Radhika, is by far the sweetest and most thorough hygienist I've had in my lifetime. Dr. Y was very wonderful as well. She was professional, direct, and also had warmth, all wrapped into one. Nice energy all around, everyone. Keep that up!
I am a terrified patient. Dr. E and Amanda were outstanding. I didn't feel any pain and I only had laughing gas. I would highly recommend them.
This was the best experience at the dentist I’ve ever had. If you’re nervous about seeing the dentist.come to this one and it will change your perspective for the good!
Always pleasant, quick, friendly and efficient! Going to the dentist is never something you look forward to, but Dr. Everhart and his staff make it as fun as possible!
Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Friendly staff, clean environment and easy to get to.
I love how quick and efficient this office is. I saw a new hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. I will always recommend and ask for her.
