Very easy to work with and very responsive to my needs.

Picked up dumpster before it was full then won't tell me final weight of it or complete paperwork so can get my money back from wasn't used. Should be about $150. Gave them $250 deposit. Now they ignore my calls. So made police report. And have to take them to small claims.

Very reasonable rates and much easier than going to the landfill and dealing with that nightmare.

Great customer service and good prices. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Apparently it's okay to just not pick up my recycling bag when I paid my last dollars I had to try and save the planet if I'm not mistaking isn't that basically theft on your end for not picking up my recycle bag when I paid you for them.this is in rockford area who ever picks up trash here is a horrible worker and poor work ethic picky choosy on who's trash you pick up pretty sad really sad mahargs is a very big disappointment I don't see how you get positive reviews extremely disappointed!

Apparently because of where we live it is not worth their time to come and pick up our recycling on the south side of Grand Lake Saint Marys. We paid for the bags, they collect our regular refuse, but it costs the company too much to accommodate our recycling needs. So much for saving the planet. This was according to the very unhelpful lady that answered the phone. I may have to see if there is another trash service available in my area.

Best service ever! They all help my dad so much. Wish he would have used them a long time ago. You can set your clock by then coming on Thursday’s. I have known these folks for a long time. Their work ethic is above the rest. This is s hard business and a 24.7 business. Starting at 4 am. I would say any of us should try to appreciate that. DIana Fleck
