People here don’t understand what’s public service. So unprofessional, lack of knowledge of what they are doing, have poor communication skills, lack manners, disrespectful. They probably need to put this person in training for a couple of years or the trainer needs to be replaced.

So sad to see how people in Ohio can be. They create more problems than solutions.
It's probably not their fault, it's the result of poor management because the fish stinks from head to tail.

The morning police officer should train everyone there about public service and manners.

I have nothing good to say about my experience. I usually don’t do reviews. My experience was beyond terrible. I wish that I could give negative stars and not one.

Went to get a Passport today and everyone from security personal, the helper and the clerk all very helpful, pleasant and professional
