Went in and took ten minutes explaining to a man with a feminine voice (Scott?) that I wanted to test for sulfur. He gave me a bag and bottle to test my water. I brought the sample back and they never called me so I called and inquired about my results and they said -without asking for my name or anything- “yeah your test was good no bacteria” I said why about the sulfur? He said that’s a whole different bottle and test. And MIND YOU I KNOW I WAS TALKING TO THE SAME MAN DUE TO HIS FEMININE VOICE: so he pretended it wasn’t him who gave me the test and basically told me to come back and get ANOTHER test and pay more lol real cute
